Smoking area and air conditioning would be nice

El hotel está bien, pero sugiero validar los procesos de recepción y limpieza. En el momento del check in, tuvimos que esperar más de 20 minutos. Adicionalmente, una de las noches no hicieron el aseo en mi habitación, regresé muy tarde y el hotel al parecer estaba en alta ocupación y no había personal de limpieza.

El área es muy peligrosa

This hotel is located close to the port and a train station - spotted cruise, container ships and navy vessels. Walkable to restaurants, malls & tourist spots. Convenient for taking train journeys to Vina del Mar & other tourist attractions.

The property is ok, but the neighborhood not is safe, the hotel needs a latte thin to the conditions and the check in is sooooo slow

Nice hotel good location for exploring the town. The first hotel I've ever been to though that didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign for your door so if for whatever reason you have a late night and want to sleep in housekeeping are coming in regardless to wake you.

Overall very basic for the priced paid. Location was good to view the fireworks on new years, but the prime to go with stay for New Year’s Eve was not worth it. Beds were too soft. Only two towels and a floor math in the bedroom. Only a tv, safe and one chair. Very, very basic. Also, food selection small only pizza and h and cheese sandwiches to select from for dinner. If omit staying for a day the this hotel is close to the safe tourist area… otherwise, spend the money and stay at Viña de Mer… because there is nothing to see on Valparaiso

Amenities in the rooms were so so. We knew the area is in the center with not the best neighborhood but had excellent views of the fireworks for New Year which is she we booked it. Close to the cerro neighborhoods which allowed us to walk around and close to the train station which took us to Viña del mar

Incredibly noisy at night. Staff was responsive to noise but a lot of partiers go here. One morning I received a knock and thought it was housekeeping but actually it was a man wearing only underwear? Extremely bizarre

The property is a typical Ibis, minimalist but clean and modern. The staff is wonderful and service oriented. Good breakfast.

Sadly enough, I think this is one of the nicer properties in town. Our room was beyond sparse, with limited end tables, bathroom amenities, and the like. Upon entering the room, the 2nd bed was already rumpled and had a black shoe print in the comforter. Additionally, on the bed table next to it, there was a half eaten pack of fruit snacks. The bathroom had 2 total towels, no hand towels, lotion, or anything of the sort. The shower had zero shelving to put anything like a razor, shampoo etc. The TV had one English speaking channel, the BBC:I know that we are in Chile; however, this is a popular hotel for tourists getting on or off a cruise. Lastly, the area surrounding the facility is very depressed. It is ideal for the purposes of the cruise, however. The staff was nice enough and accommodated everything we asked for, which was fairly minimal. I think 3 stars, overall, is generous, so travelers be advised.

I liked our room with the view of the harbor. It could have been cleaner. Our room had toilet paper, liquid soap, and two towels. There were no cups, glasses, tissues, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, or lotion. No USB ports. Talk about sparse! Good thing it was only one night and inexpensive.

The hotel is well located. It is near the metro station Puerto and it is a few steps from los cerros and the port area. It is fairly clean and the staff is friendly.

Good value for a hotel near the port and easy walking access to Old Town area. Staff was friendly. Amenities were rather spartan (no phone, shampoo, or glass in room), however unit was clean and comfortable

It is bare minimum hotel. I would say even below that. Carpets on the floor so filthy I didn’t even want to step on it. Surrounding is not good either. Supermarket is right next to hotel almost. That was good. Electric outlets are very different with 3 prongs.I could get only 1 from the office. I bought 2 from a store I was passing. I have stayed many times in Ibis in France. It doesn’t come close enough. The reason I chose this hotel it is right at the pier but didn’t know our ship was docked far away. Terrible service. Washroom sink sprayed water when tried to use it. Shower did not work properly. Overall not worth the money at all.
