The comfy bed and the constant hum of the room fan thankfully canceled out almost all other sounds, hallway included. Had a wonderful night's sleep before flying out the early the next morning

Waited outside for the door to open for awhile. Got to the desk and there was only one clerk who was busy so I waited. Inside of building looks like it was decorated by a clown. carpets and basic looking elevator, Wifi password was not right so I had to phone down to front desk. Will not stay at another Hampton again.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. My family and I really appreciated the free 24/7 shuttle service that picked us up from the airport, took us to any restaurant of our choosing and even offered pick up service from the restaurant. However, the cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t as friendly. Our room was "ready" for check in but it was not detailed cleaned from previous guests. My family and I run a cleaning business so we are well aware of what to look for especially in hotels. The microwave still had food, the bathroom walls have not been wiped, any minor details were not completed and checked. The lobby isn't regularly cleaned especially after the morning breakfast buffet. My sister and I wanted to enjoy the pool, however when we entered, immediately we noticed there was dirt floating in the pool. Large, long cotton was floating in it. The colour of the water was dark, murky. The hot tub looked better but still dirty. The pool room itself was not clean either. Loose hairs everywhere, nothing was scrubbed. I went to the front desk and they assured me that they do a "daily" regular maintenance. An maintenance staff came by to clean the dirt but didn’t properly clean the pool. They just grabbed the net, tossed the dirt outside and left. Didn’t even check the chemicals. Another problem was the breakfast buffet. There was only one staff member between cleaning and food preparation. Waking up to an already dirty buffet was not on my itinerary.

Hours after we checked out, I realized i had lost a necklace that meant the world to me anf it had to be in our room. I drove the hour back to the hotel after calling and when they saw how upset I was they offered me water and then they took me back up to the room to look for it. Lucky, house keeping had not cleaned the room yet. As soon as I walked into the washroom i found it! It had slipped off of the counter onto the floor. The staff were very kind to me and tried to empathize. I was a mess.... I wouldn't have wanted to deal with me. Lol!! My necklace has not left me since.

Very clean and friendly staff. Jacuzzi tub in room needed repairs.

When we were checking in the staff let us know there was an issue with room we had originally booked and offered either a discount or a free room upgrade, they even offered to show us the rooms before we decided. Very friendly staff, would recommend this hotel to anyone.

As always the staff are excellent! Very polite, accommodating and friendly! The pool wasn’t working when we arrived which devastated our grandson however they were able to get up and running within a couple of hours. Great breakfast!!

There was a hole in the wall and the phone was broken and could not sit stable on the night stable. The staff were great and accommodating when we need more towels or toilet paper…the beds were also very comfortable!

2 nights. Hotel is immaculately clean! Staff super friendly, shuttle service available 24 hours, superb breakfast…

Truly a wonderful, comforting, quiet, clean room. Perfect for our next stay in Winnipeg. Definitely recommended to family and friends.
