Lovely place great value for money I will be back

Everything was great, all staff is friendly, the hotel is really cleaned and everything is new, the hotel is located in a amazing area close to the center but is really calm. It was an amazing experience, for sure i will return in this hotel

A little far from the main road. There is a shuttle bus however, but there is a bit of a gap between 6pm - 9pm where there is no service. The walk is all uphill and brutal in the heat. Staff were hit and miss. The older gentlemen was quite rude during breakfast service and when he drove the shuttle bus. The hotel tried to also charge us city tax twice. The room wasn’t the best, bed wasn’t the most comfortable, the bathroom was tiny, I had to turn sideways in the shower. You have to pay extra for a safe in the room, which is wierd. The keys are magnetic, so be careful around your wallet and phone Pool area was nice, overall the price is reflective of the quality of hotel. Tv was small and didn’t have any English channels.

It is a very beautiful property - the garden is wonderful - full with palm trees and pomegranates and flowers. They did not respond to messages through the app but everything was in order when we arrived. Breakfast is complex and tasty, the only problem is now with covid procedures that you have to stay in queue and being served by staff. The rooms were clean and modern. We were not bothered by the position on the hill as we rented a car. We would probably book again in the next years. 😊

A good basic 3 star hotel which does what it says on the tin. Very friendly owner but other staff less forthcoming. Would be nice if receptionists greeted people as they arrive rather than staring at their computer screen Breakfast included but is pretty boring—-can you add more fruit?/

Sorry but we were disappointed, disappointed and disappointed.

Wonderful place! We originally planned to stay only one night and ended up staying one more night. Great location, room really clean, very friendly staff, amazing swimming pool and awesome breakfast! Just one thing, the internet isn't working very well (but I'm sure they will improve it in the future). You can still access perfect internet from the lobby where there are lots of couches. One last thing, if you drive there and use Google Maps, do not take the east-most street from the main avenue as this will take you to very very steep and narrow streets...

The hotel is clean and a good base if you plan to explore or spend your days on the beach. Facilities at the hotel are basic; no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and fridge wasnt switched on and couldnt be accessed to switch it on. Reception staff are a little slow (I had to go to the bar on arrival to ask for someone to check in) but otherwise staff or friendly. As mentioned in other reviews, Alex the barman / bus driver / aircon fixer is the heart of this place, always smiling, friendly and beyond helpful he really made the hotel experience better. Location wise, the hotel is up a hill, about a 12 minute walk from the main road if your fairly fit & able. The area has plenty of restaurants, beach clubs and beaches are clean and well maintained. Just don't expect too much culture unless you're prepared to travel!

had a great holiday room was fine the staff where very very nice all in all the wife and myself had one of the best holidays for a long time and we normally have two a year. The hotel is at the top of a couple of steep roads away from the seafront but I am 60 years old and my wife is 58 and we found it no problem walking, the hotel also offers a mini bus to take you down and bring you back although we never used it

Really nice hotel, quiet good location. A bit to far from the beach. Good for the family and couples.

Small hotel but provided all the necessary amenities. Close to town and to Chania. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Reception desk was accommodating but limited. Views of the ocean were nice at the breakfast area.

I've book the superior room which was excellent! Very clean , modern and spacious! The hotel is a garden paradise, Everything is being cared A lot of parking place, I would suggest if you book this hotel to rent a car or a motorbike It's a bit far from the beach by walking. But with the car it's only 2 minutes.

Mukava, rauhallinen hotelli. Hyvä, monipuolinen aamupala. Kyyditys alas rantaan ja takaisin oli loistava. Allasalue ei ollut ruuhkainen ainakaan meidän reissun aikana kesäkuussa. Kävelymatkan päässä hotellista paljon hyviä ravintoloita.

Nätti hotla, kivat huoneet, hyvä kattava aamiainen, kiva uimaallas. Tultiin vielä uudelleen takas ja yövyttiin 3 yötä.
