our room was close to entrance. next to the hotel is a bar which is very noisy, keeping us awake. next day we changed room to back side of hotel. the hotel atmosphere is quite authentic.

The support service is quite good, when there is a problem, just text and they resolve it very promptly.

The room is a bit dark, the soundproofing is not good... The rest is very good, close to the market, easy to travel, reception with friendly and lovely staff.

The hotel is so beautiful and cozy. If you are a lover of ancient architecture and antiques, this hotel is for you. The hotel has classic French architecture, exploring the nooks and crannies of the hotel is interesting. The outside yard is not too big but very cute with many beautiful trees. Inside the hotel, antique cars, motorbikes and bicycles are displayed. There are also many pictures of ancient Da Lat on display. Room size is good, comfortable, high ceiling. However, the equipment in the room is at a moderate level, if possible, it should be improved further. Breakfast doesn't have too many dishes, but to me, every dish is delicious, especially the rich broth. In the evening, the hotel has free chicken porridge and soy milk. The harbor setting for dinner is also chill, with a real fireplace and a violin playing. Right next to the hotel gate, there is a walkway to the night market about 100m. Very convenient. This area is a short walk to places to eat chicken intestine wet cakes and can cakes, chicken hotpot with é leaves... Overall, my family is very satisfied.

Vị trí tốt, dịch vụ khá, bề ngoài khách sạn rất đẹp nhưng vào trong ở là không dám quay lại. Nội thất tệ, nệm lò xo lúng nhiều không còn êm. Sàn gỗ đi lại tạo âm thanh lớn, không có máy quạt, buổi trưa nghỉ ngơi rất nóng. Nhà tắm trên những mảng tường rất dơ, thiết bị vệ sinh nóng lạnh không hợp lệ. Nhìn chung là khi bước vào trong khách sạn có cảm nhận rất rõ là khách sạn này không còn được chăm chút, cảm nhận được sự xuống cấp.

Khách sạn đẹp và dich vụ tốt. Lần sau sẽ quay lại

Nice hotel, old style, clean and good service

Staff: - Friendly, enthusiastic - The bellman staff is very supportive and considerate to elderly guests. Facilities: - Beautiful landscape, ancient European, very beautiful Christmas decoration. - The soundproofing room is not good, so the sound from other rooms and the outside is quite noisy. - There is a nice sitting area but no tea/coffee service even though customers have ordered and asked to add to the bill. Food: - Breakfast is small on weekdays, bland taste (water dishes), other dishes are quite cold even after being reheated (except bread because there is a toaster for the next guest) - No food menu to the room
