Difficult to get to as it is in the old town where cars cannot travel. It was about a 300m walk, with our suitcases, on very dirty narrow lanes (watch for animal excrement) to the haveli.
The rooms were okay and clean. We had asked for quiet rooms, and were put across from a house construction site, so not so quiet.
Also the toilet paper was difficult to attain!
Hot water is available from 7-10am and 6-9pm, although they were accommodating outside these hours.
A nice surprise was the rooftop terrace, although not much of a view of the lake. Great waiter, Harisingh, Good breakfast and dinner options.
Personal laundry done through the hotel was maddening. Timing for the arrival of the clothes was changed 4 or 5 times. Still don't know why they couldn't give us a straight answer!!
airport pickup and drop off is expensive.
