I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The location is strategic and close to various attractions. The staff was also friendly. However, the room cleanliness needs to be improved as there was still dust, and the Wi-Fi connection in the room was slow or even unusable. The bathroom drain was not working properly, so the water took a long time to drain. Several times the water overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor. P.S. This experience has taught me to always read negative reviews on Google before booking a hotel, rather than relying solely on photos or videos circulating on social media.

The reception staff were very enthusiastic, the rooms were clean, and it was close to entertainment centers and restaurants near Ho Guom Lake.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Location, Great Hospitality & Highly Recommended! Had a wonderful stay at Classy Holiday and Spa Hanoi. The hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarter, making it very convenient to explore Hanoi. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants, halal eateries, local markets, and the famous night market within walking distance. What really made our stay special was the warm and welcoming hospitality from the hotel team. They were very helpful in sharing recommendations and updating us on interesting tourist spots and attractions to visit. Our departure flight was very early in the morning, and the hotel went above and beyond by assisting us with transportation as early as 4:30 AM. They even prepared packed food for our breakfast, which was a really thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Great location, friendly service, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended! 👍🇻🇳

The hotel is already old and the Superior Room was quite small. The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This is my third stay here since the COVID-19 pandemic. A perfect 10 for the staff for their enthusiasm and dedication. The breakfast was decent, with some of the pastries quite good. The rooms are a bit old but clean; the soundproofing isn't great because the building next door is under renovation, so there's a paint smell and it's quite noisy. Overall, it's still a pretty good hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again in the future.
