This apartment was comfortable with excellent beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many coffee/bakery and restaurant options just steps away. Easy walk to Knightsbridge tube station and we had no issues getting taxis or Ubers within minutes. Easy walk to V&A and Natural History museums. The bathrooms both had surprisingly deep soaking bathtubs which were lovely. Would absolutely stay again.

Maybe one of the best locations. Right in the middle of all the shops. Apartment equipped with all the appliances, though my only suggestion would be to add pans. There were only pots.

The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out. The front desk called ten minutes prior to check out to confirm our check out and to inform us repairmen would need access soon. Before we could vacate the property, they were at the door and and walked right in. How rude!! Would another 10 minutes to make sure we had vacated the space really have made a difference to the work schedule? If so, then the flat would have never been ready for the next 3 pm check in and the rush placed on us was unnecessary!!

It is a nice and clean apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen. We stayed with kids and overall are happy with the place.

Very friendly reception. Townhouse was extremely accommodating, kitchen stocked for ease. Lovely breakfast nook w great people watching. Comfortable beds and lovely bath.

Excellent choice for a group of friend or family .comfortable , nice front desk .apartment condition is awsome. Near from Harodds and many activities such as Museums , parks and restaurants. I highly recommend it

We rented a three bed town house and drove into London at Easter. London is nice at that time of year, a lot quieter than normal. The property is in good condition and the added 24hr reception makes it a good experience. AC in every bedroom, lots of wardrobe space Excellent cooking facilities Hyde Park 10min walk Harrods 2mins Theaters 4-5 stops on the underground
