A really nice place to stay clean room, but all inclusive isn’t all inclusive, u have to pay for ice creams and juices.

Friendly and Helpful Staff in the Hotel.

Probably one of the worst all inclusive experiences. Had to change rooms twice due to poor maintenance. The family room was supposed to have 2 twin bed for kids but they were actually cots. The food and beverage menu was super tiny. And the beverages were all made with slushes. Everything was extra cost. Not to mention the wifi which only allowed 3 devices and 5gb of data for 5 days....the sink had rust water and the showers didn't have pressure and in the mornings no hot water. The property has a huge mosquito problem and they fill the in the evening .

Bad service and the room not clean I will never go there again

Wonderful family holiday. Everything was as you would hope for an all inclusive resort.

Mosquitoes were unbelievable no other place in sharm has Mosquitoes like this hotel . We had to spray our room 3/4 times a day it was that bad. Garden rooms are a bit dated. Needs to be brought to life. Surrounding area is beautiful hotel itself is pretty outside. Food was not good everything taste the same and wasn't much to offer. We even got stomach aches from the meat. The slides for adults and kids was fun. Some staff was nice kost was rude. Worse part has to be mosquitoes amount money i spent on cream to treat my kids as even with the mosquitoe spray i took with me couldnt protect them.

Amaizing staff. Food unreal for any taste. Quality so good. Love. Will go again for sure. Best place for family. 😊

The gardens are well maintained. The rooms are clean enough. The service teams are very welcoming and welling to help. The hotel is very comfortable for families traveling with children. Overalls stay was pleasant.

Food variety is very poor. The staff is not hospital and some asked for tips.

This was the best decision I made when I booked this trip

The buffet / food is poor same thing repeated daily and nothing to eat after 10pm anywhere. So if your a snack we or late nighters good luck.
