This hotel amenities were excellent, their breakfast floor was amazing, and excellent service all around. We also appreciated the lobby with daily water and snacks. They showcased a beautiful rose stone display in the lobby, adding to the nice ambiance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that the desk chair was a bit uncomfortable for me, but my husband liked it. Great hotel, walking distance to the department store; a bit further to the stone and night markets, but reasonable. Staff was great--stored our luggage and called taxis for us.

A little far from the town center

Like it very much. There is no public transportation to use to get to the hotel from the Hualien train station.

A very pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the art exhibition in the lobby. In short, there was nothing l could pick on to complain about my stay.

Clean and well presented would stay again

They had a desk blocking access to my balcony. Don’t know how they get away with saying all the rooms have a balcony, it’s not a balcony for you if u can’t step foot on it. Also Wi-Fi was buffering every 3-4 minutes so I ended up needing to use my cell as a hotspot my entire stay. Won’t stay there again

Check in service a bit disappointed. I booked 2 twin rooms, hotel assigned one room to tower 1 and the second room to tower 2. After negotiation with the staff, they agreed to move us to the same tower but different floor.

The gym was very poorly equipped. The hotel staff were outstanding.

It’s ok. As far as service concerned is good

Hotel is new and clean. Staff friendly and professional. However, I find breakfast service unsatisfactory. On Sunday morning, breakfast did not contain any meet products, that are standard in most of hotels. I couldn't find anything I could accept. Coffee was also very poor, way below any common standards.

Close to city center with reasonable prices. The only thing is the staffs don't wear masks nor test temperatures. Although there hadn't been any local confirmed Covid-19 cases, it makes customers feel safer if they follow thw safety guidelines from CDC.

Nice Wyndham group hotel in town. Front desk service quick , complimentary indoor parking and complimentary buffet breakfast.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, has laundry facilities you can use if you’ve been travelling for a while, with safe under-ground parking for peace of mind.

Bed is too soft. Would prefer firm bed.

The hotel is modern and the room was large and clean. The elegant breakfast room offered many tasty choices. You will have to walk a bit if you want to use public transit and although they do have many washers and dryers you can use free of charge; they are in an area of the parking garage.
