Clean and pretty room, but a little cramped (3 twin beds & a double bed). Staff was very nice. Some noises from other rooms and upstairs. No refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, or ice, but the front desk can put medicine in their fridge. Purchase of a half day extension (late checkout) is possible if availability permits.

Great location Hotel is in a great location with the nice old Spanish interior. Enjoyed our stay, except TV was not working.

The location of this facility was fantastic. It is a two star hotel and that is probably correct but what was wonderful about the facility is that the staff were absolutely all over every basic need including assisting customers. The price was very reasonable and we enjoyed every moment of it. My special thanks to the primary desk clerk who enabled a wonderful visit.

Safe and well located but not ideal for solo female travelers

The hotel was very reasonably priced and in a good central location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and all the necessary amenities were included. The shower was also very good!

Localizacion fue todo. Buenos restaurantes cerca. La limpieza estuvo bien. Cama firme. Para descansar estuvo bien. Tiene buena ventanas así que ningún ruido exterior entra a la habitación. Es basico pero bueno.

We loved the simple but classic room decor, the attentive, professional and kind staff, and the excellent location. Cleanliness was also superb. Definitely recommend for our budget price point!

Close to train station makes it easy to get around! good value for the money for a short stay, only dislike was that they don’t let you keep your room key if you go out, other than that everything was fine.

We enjoyed our stay here on our first night in Madrid. It was very small and the AC did not work but such are European hotels. We are spoiled in the US. Things were clean. And the front desk attendant was helpful but not overly friendly

We had a super stay here! The neighborhood was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate. Would absolutely stay here again!
