A great location only seconds away from Port Vieux beach yet set on a quiet road. The hosts Stephanie & Thierry are super helpful. They are proud and passionate Basques who can recommend what we see in the region. Breakfast was lovely including local Basque cheese, ham & jam. The only place to stay in Biarritz in my opinion.

Stephanie and Tierie were so nice and welcoming! The breakfast was great! The location is perfect right by the beach and town. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfy. The price was reasonable, parking is in front pay by machines, or a short walk at indigo.

Our hostess, Stephanie, was an absolute joy! The hotel was lovely but she made our stay extra special. Would stay there again!

Excellent choice for us to stay at this hotel. it is easily walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping. Thierry was an excellent host and always at the ready for us, breakfast was delightful. Will stay here on our next Biarritz trip.

We specifically requested a certain type of room, however upon arriving late in the evening we found we got a different room and due to no staff on duty after 8pm nothing could be done about it. After involving Expedia and arguing with a night manager over texts, next morning we were given the right room. The manager told us they never saw the type of room we ordered on Expedia and never got any notes from them. I would advise checking with the hotel directly if room type/bed setup is important to you or if you have any specific requirements. Also the hotel is marketed as family-friendly, however the walls of the shower room are completely transparent only partially covered by a foldable screen. It was a tough situation for our family with 2 teenagers. And also a family room has barely any space to put down suitcases and no closets. On the upside the hotel is very centrally located easily walkable to beaches, promenades, tons of restaurants and cafes.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff

Great little gem. Comfy, clean and fabulously managed by a caring and talented owner. His breakfasts are beyond delicious and are photo worthy. The great location is close to little hidden walkways snd shops. And a stones throw away from the beach. You can thank me later.

The hotel is amazingly located right by the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Thierry was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and modern& the bed comfortable. The only slight downside was noise travels a touch due to the age of the building

It's not a beachfront or on the beach as it was claimed, but its close to the beach. It might be one of the differences between north American and Europeans. The hotel is simple, just the essencial: bed and shower, however clean and comfy. There is no elevator, keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. The front desk closes at 7pm, so if you'll arrive after 7pm, inform the hotel and they can help you with that. This was a plus for me. I did not see that when i booked this hotel and I panicked when I saw it... they were very helpful! Besides everyone is super helpful there. In general i had a good stay, the location was good!

This was a perfect hotel for us! It was so close to the beaches and old part of the city! The staff was super accomodating, even with our almost nonexistant French.

Simple hotel, but great location

The staff was very friendly and it was a great location, but the room 4 was just way too small. There was no room to open our one suitcase.

Perfect location in the heart of Biarritz. Easy self service check in if arriving out of hours and very helpful staff at other times. Rooms were a little small and the bed a little too hard. However overall it was excellent value for money.
