The Hotel Estalagem St Hubertus is one of the absolutely best hotels we have experienced in Brazil to date. Gramado feels much more like a town in Germany or Switzerland than it does a Brazilian town, from the weather and a walk around town, to the incredibly European St Hubertus. Our room at St. Hubertus was nothing special (small and a oddly designed with a small lower level) and the exercise facility is very small and unimpressive. But no matter, we loved the people and the service overall. Their breakfast service is wonderful and afternoon tea is a must every day. We also loved the hot tea waiting for us in our room after dinner. Perhaps our favorite part of the experience was the long, warm Brazilian goodbye from the desk staff. They took our photo and offered help and ideas for our next destination (Porto Algre). We would highly recommend Hotel Estalagem St Hubertus.

O quarto tem uma decoração única, com aconchego e muito conforto. O café da manhã é excelente. A vista é deslumbrante e a piscina é um convite para relaxamento.

O hotel surpreendeu. Não esperava que o atendimento fosse tão excelente quanto foi. Vários cuidados nos mínimos detalhes. Quarto extremamente limpo. Comida maravilhosa! Tanto o café da manhã quanto o chá da tarde. Equipe muito simpática. Super recomendo o hotel!!

Atendimento cordial,apartamento confortável,limpeza perfeita,linda vista,café da manhã e chá da tarde impecável.

Foi legal -principalmente o ambiente acolhedor , o chá da tarde, a decoração e o espaço do café da manha.; Qualidade excelente o café da manha. Sentimos falta de aquecimento no banheiro - nem o toalheiro funcionava e nem a calefação do banheiro e do quarto e nem a dos corredores. A calefação estava desligada e o ar condicionado com um cheiro estranho.
