Enjoyed two nights at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.Parking was across the street. The breakfast buffet was great.Great sea view from our room. This hotel is situated below the town of Erice which can either be accessed by car or cable car. Easy access to the ferry for a day trip to the islands nearby.

Great quiet hotel with nice pool and sea access. Hotel is not very close to the town but can reach the main beach area and restaurants in about a 5-10 min drive. Staff is super friendly and helpful in recommending local restaurants and sites.

one good thing is it's by the water. But it's very old and the A/C did not work. Not suitable for a hot summer vacation. Nothing around the hotel so you need a car.

Easy access to Erice from its location in Pizzolongo. Facilities and breakfast were very good. Reception staff were excellent the few times we interacted with them. Printed out directions to our next location. Only negative was its location on a main road. We like to keep windows open but were unable due to passing cars. If windows were closed and A/C was on it was much quieter.

the only nice thing about this hotel is the friendly staff at the bar and restaurant. The rest is sole: old run down building. Too bad because it's right on the water. A/c did not work. Wifi on and off. Avoid

Poor breakfast, whatever was left one morning, was given the next morning on the same plate how we left it the day before! Dated hotel, empty room fridge. I wouldn't recommend.

This hotel is a great getaway for people that visit the beautiful city of Erice. Price was affordable. The hotel sits on the beach! Lot's of parking. Ask the staff about a restaurant in Marsala. She recommended the best place for dinner! Great pictures of the sunset next to the saline reserve and a great dinner!

Arrived on Friday evening. On Sat evening there was an outside function with amplified music until after midnight. On the Sunday there was a youth nighclub from 4:00pm til 9:00 pm around the pool so we had to leave the hotel.

The staff, Roberto in particular was very helpful. Gave us info on places to visit in the region as well as in Trapani right near by. Needed help with a question with our van and he made the calls for us and tried to help us whenever we asked.

The hotel was great. Every room has a balcony and view of the water. The staff was very , verry helpful. The only drawback was that the internet cinnection was weak and service was very, very slow.

Hotel was not in a very good location. Looked very rundown. When we got to our rooms we were pleasantly surprised. The courtyard and patio area for sunning, swimming and boating was very nice. The good was good we had dinner and breakfast. The hotel was very clean but dated.

the section of the hotel we stayed, faced the street with an angle view of the sea (what we payed for) overall, a little dated, but clean. The patio and dinning area have an amazing view. Food was good. We had dinner and breakfast.

The hotel itself is very nice, no problems with it. Hotel restaurant is a bit expensive, with very small amount of choice. The most interesting part of this hotel - is its location. There was only 1 working restaurant nearby (very good btw). No boardwalk, no sand beach, no people, no shops, no gelaterias nearby at all. It's located not in Erice itself, however in Pizzolungo, and if you have no car, you need to use every time a bus, which runs several times a day (and may be late). Getting to San Vito Lo Capo (where the beach is), will take about 45-55 minutes by bus, a bit less by car; and about 15-20 minutes to Trapani (from where you may take another bus to the airports, take boat to visit Favigniana, take cable car to Erice (the old city)). The hotel has its natural pool with sea water, however it is much more pleasant to swim in the sea, not in the pool (though you may find several escapes to the sea, through the stones), and swim in the sea. However no sand and beach. So I kind of can advice this hotel, but ONLY if you have a car. And, on the other hand, what is the point to stay in this hotel and driving every day to Sav Vito to have a nice bathing in the sea, enjoying Sicilian culture and variety of restaurants, fairs, etc. If you wish to see nobody, and spend all of the vacation in the hotel - you will enjoy :)

Location map showing hotel was inaccurate and the telephone number was also wrong. We arrived late in the evening and had difficulty finding the hotel. Staff were unsympathetic when we did eventually arrive. They would not even serve a drink. Hotel seems to have been partly refurbished recently but appears unfinished. Many missed opportunities given the great location. Room would benefit from small touches water bottles, pictures on wall etc.

Everything was as advertised. The included breakfast was excellent with many choices, including gluten-free. Dinner was also excellent. The staff was extremely helpful. Gracia and Erika couldn't do enough for us and fulfilled every request, including a great restaurant recommendation. The rooms were very clean, in good condition and with very comfortable beds. We would highly recommend a stay here. We can't wait to come back.
