Everyone on the property were so friendly and accommodating, we didn't stay long but would most definitely come back , rooms were big with kitchenets too!

This is our second stay at this hotel and both times we had to switch rooms because of dirty linen and or filthy floors. Upon checking in, there was a huge fan like those used in construction, operating in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said maintenance probably forgot it there. Unbelievable. The floors were filthy as well. After we changed room, they put us in a suite that was adjoining to another room and the occupants literally complained that we were being loud when we were literally just having a nice conversation. The hotel security came and then the guy from the front desk came to tell us to whisper (not in so many words). People tend to treat hotels like their homes and want other guest to tiptoe around them. We will NEVER return to this hotel nor would we EVER recommend it. We paid over $400 for the night which is high for a mediocre hotel in Vaughan.

Element was the absolute perfect choice for us and our guests for our wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful before, during and after our stay. Our space was clean and set with amazing amenities in our suite that you don’t often see at other hotels! They have plenty of surface parking for everyone and the location is so convenient having multiple food options within walking distance. They also offer a phenomenal complimentary breakfast bar to guests staying equipped with hot foods at the ready. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anybody needing to stay in the area!

Friendly staff, daily thorough housekeeping, good Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the breakfast hours from 6:30 to 8:30 AM :) perfect for grabbing something before heading out early.

The staff didn’t miss a detail. Very attentive, polite and helpful to guests. The hotel offered wonderful breakfast options and even hosted a complimentary bbq on Wednesday evening. Wonderful extended stay! Wonderful experience overall.
