Staff was very nice and helpful

The rooms were nice and nice. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

nice hotel. Room was good size, large walk in shower. They have parking that you pay for but there is parking on the street. Is close to the tram line into Heidelberg but the hotel is actually in Eppelheim. Quiet hotel. Nice restaurant attached.

Space and quiet

Very clean, nice, comfortable room-- plenty of space for the four of us.

It was located in an area that I did not expect a hotel to be located (in a residential area) but it felt safe and the staff was great! They offer street parking that is free or parking behind the building for a small fee. There are only a few spaces available though so timing is everything. Our room was the perfect size for a quick overnight stay for my family of 4. The sofa bed was already made when we arrived to the room which was great since we were all ready to sleep. What I loved about this hotel was a self service “bar” at the end of the hallway. You grab the beers that you want and pay at the front desk when you check out. I would stay here again if we need a hotel in Heidelberg.

Very well run. Breakfast is quite delicious, ambiance of restaurant is cozy but nice, presentation of food is excellent and appetizing.

A good hotel close to downtown Heidelberg and Mannheim. The breakfast was great and dinner was also good. Hotel restaurant was closed on SAT/SUN for dinner but everything is close. If you are a runner the hotel has great trails near by.

Hotel in a quiet location quick tram ride away from heidlberg centre some local shops and cafe short walk away . Nice restaurant attached to hotel . Breakfast available for 13 euros . Was a pleasant stay .

Good location

Hotel was great. However, service left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff refused to provide baby crib. Our 10 month old slept on the floor. They also raised the breakfast price on us. I would never stay here again. There was also a light in the bathroom that would only turn off by turning off all power to the room (removing master key)

The hotel was in a very quiet area, yet convenient to a tram line. The breakfast (10 euro extra) was exceptionally good, and the staff was quite helpful. The room was a little small, but that wasn't unexpected.

As said before, new hotel, just out of town ( we were there in an evening, drive into old town and parked for dinner, free after 7 on certain streets) Otherwise parked car on road outside hotel overnight. Only issue was Aircon a bit weak, only goes down to 17’c...! We didn’t stay for food, but as said before, there is a bakers open from 5.30am just out on main road.

Location didn't offer much in walking distance, but was on the bus line. Busses were clean, frequent and affordable with a two day pass.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and was very clean and smart. The room had plenty of space and a small balcony (we were fortunately at the rear which was very quiet). The bathroom was very clean and modern - this was impressive as all too often hotel bathrooms are not properly maintained. Everything worked. The breakfast was excellent. The only possible disadvantage for some people is the location - quite a long way out of the centre of Heidelberg, so you either need a car or be prepared to walk to the local railway station.

The hotel is well designed and pleasantly decorated. Situated ina quiet suburb of Heidelberg (Pfaffengrund) a ten minute cab (10 EUR) ride from the centre. Breakfast is excellent, WiFi also good. Reception is not manned through the night but the card entry system, which also applies to the breakfast area, works well.
