The room is not advertised as in the picture. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs lots of improvements. The customer service is very rude and they didn’t allow me to extend my stay. Not recommended…

Clean and safe

I really love this hotel location. Beautiful. They even had a gift shop in there. Staff very helpful right there on the beach.The only thing I did not like about this place is they had so many blackbirds and they didn't really shoot the birds away.So the birds would jump on your table and just eat your food. Is best to take breakfast up in your bedroom?Do not eat downstairs.tge black crow Birds are out of control! That is the only thing that annoyed me.So much that I would not go back.

Was a good package type destination with coaches coming in from the airport. Nothing wrong with that but we had been staying in less busy Sri Lankan hotels prior to coming. No complaints but not really us.

Great place to stay. Had first 2 nights in Sri Lanka here. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Kasun who sorted our arrival. All staff very helpful in sorting out our missing luggage.

All rooms have a sea view, interrupted only by palm trees. My delux room was huge with a massive bathroom. I loved that you can see the ocean from the shower or bathtub. Spa treatments were lovely. Staff all friendly and hard working. The road outside did not feel very safe after dark. There is a pavement but it is blocked in places by shrubs or parked vans so I had all my meals in the hotel.

Lovely room and beautiful view. Only stayed one night so didn’t use any other facilities. But all looked very nice. Only annoying thing was people trying to sell stuff on the beach wouldn’t leave me alone for a long time

Very nice place we stayed three nights. Location is great beautiful view no locals hanging around and very friendly stuff room is very clean not as Five Star but it is overall really good room. We enjoyed our stay.

Great position right in beach. Very attentive staff. Efficient room service and check in and out. Stayed in older part of hotel but great value for a Jetwing hotel.

Lovely hotel. Food was delicious, especially breakfast. All the staff were fabulous, from the pool, to the restaurant to the grounds people. So friendly and helpful.

Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Room was very dated with a musty smell. Housekeeping trolley was left right outside room for the whole night. mosquitoes in room but staff were responsive in bringing repellant. Ordered room service and price was almost double when paying the bill because of added charges. Bathroom has picture window so not private at all because of small room size. Not a comfortable stay.
