Perfect location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and room service was very efficient.

Location was excellent. However, there was a damp smell that would make a more enjoyable stay. It would be nice to have an easier access to the terminal through the front of the property. Very professional and helpful staff.

The Albrook Mall hotel is always an excellent choice for your stay when in Panama. Especially if you enjoy shopping. It is convenient, has a lot of dining options, particularly Cafe Met for breakfast and Ancon Restaurant for lunch or dinner. The staff are accommodating and helpful and the rooms were kept very clean. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed here twice now and hope to return on my next visit to Panama.

The location of the hotel we stayed at All Brooks Mall was excellent. The Cleaning/Staff and breakfast Service was excellent. More excellent was the shopping mall was next door to the hotel.

The property is conveniently located adjacent to Albrook Mall, with a direct entrance providing easy access to the mall. This gives guests immediate access to the food court, a wide range of shops, and a supermarket. The mall is also connected to the Grand Transport Centre, making it easy to access buses, taxis, and the metro. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff are diligent, thorough, and take great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options; however, the dining staff are attentive, courteous, and provide excellent service.

Best stay, everything was perfect! Very well secured, had to swipe the room key in the elevator to select the floor to go to your room floor only.

The room was clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast had gluten free options, the gf bread was great and a really good buffet.
