Everything is ok, I have to stay here, it's very ok, very beautiful, but the morning shift staff, the receptionist, is a woman around 30 years old. This staff has very bad service, she speaks rudely to customers even though they are Thai people. If anyone meets this woman, be careful or she will bite your head. She doesn't smile and speaks to customers in a competitive manner.

Everything was good, but wifi signal always trouble.

The staff are lovely. The morning shift staff are very welcoming and take good care of you. They are welcoming, have good manners, and speak cutely. Overall, everything is the best. I really like the staff here, both the housekeepers and the receptionists. They take care of you like a family. ❤️❤️❤️ The room is beautiful, clean, and very private. The atmosphere is good. You can see the beautiful view and it is close to Bangla and various tourist attractions. I recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and fit with the look of the photo, just no toothbrushes.

Located nearby Patong beach, no lift so I went to my room on 5th level using stairs, the room was humid when entering but cooler with ac, I can park my car here while joining island trip, this hotel is surrounded by homey restaurants.

Have a friendly I like to say that it takes good care. Will come again
