Despite an initial hiccup with our room allocation due to incorrect information on the listing, Expedia stepped in and we were moved to the room that we believed we had booked - a fabulous sea view suite. We were allowed early access to the room and had a fantastic couple of nights' stay. The spa facilities were exceptional.. Breakfast was average. We struggled to navigate the dinner menu as our French didn't stretch to the intricacies of a nouvelle cuisine menu but we managed!! We were a little surprised that the bar closed at 8.30pm and the spa at 6.30pm. Don't forget flip flops & swim hats and if you're male speedos!

Outside looked a bit shabby but inside was well looked after. Spa had strict code of what had to be worn which wasn’t explained fully when we checked in. Breakfast very expensive at 22 euros each

We had a great stay. The spa exceeded expectations with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly & helpful. The bedroom was comfortable with stunning sea views. The bathroom was dated and the shower wasn’t great but aside from that we had no issues.

Impromptu decision to have two nights in Roscoff but great difficulty finding accommodation. Found the hotel online, claimed to be four star spa hotel. Th door to the corridor to room 28 banged shut every time. The room was just tired, the shower walls needed the grout cleaned, the lighting in the room was dim. However the beds were fine even if we found the mattress a bit on the firm side. We didn’t think it rated 4 star but we have no experience of the spa facilities.

Beautiful hotel. Spa was very good but had to buy 2 caps and sandals 34 euros. Lovely young girl on reception when we arrived. Friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, lots of facilities, Gym, sauna, pools, and massage areas, great sea views, and lovely sandy beach at the front, spacious room.

Great time, breakfast excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough

Staff at Spa not helpful, extra charge for swim hat, for plastic sandals and swimming trunks as trunks used for entire 2 weeks in France before stay not good enough for them. Therefore not able to use salt water pool, however we could have used on a hot summer evening the Sauna! Have stayed all over EU, staff did not even offer an apology for the above. I would avoid unless you want to pay for everything as extra.

Spa ,breakfast , cleanliness and staff are all excellent at the hotel and the location is fantastic with a beautiful beach a stones trough away

I loved the spa, but the welcome to it was terrible. One of the employees yelled at me for not wearing flip flops when I was just looking the facility over. Then, I couldn’t swim in the lap pool because there was a class going on, and then several other people got in and swam, and the instructor didn’t say a thing to them. Also, the price of the gym for daily use was outrageous, the outdoor hot pools were only lukewarm and the prices in the boutique for things like lotion and conditioner were excessive. Our room faced the maintenance area and there was noise a lot of the time, even really late at night. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. Probably would not recommend or stay again.

Lovely suite sleeping 2 adults and a child on a big sofa bed. The spa was great but actually difficult to use. One trip for robes another to change, and €3+ for a swim hat when some people were swimming without them! Salt water pool but great swim.

absolutely disgusted!!! we were not able to go to this hotel due to Covid 19, I tried to contact the hotel on several occasions to cancel my booking but no reply was received and they still took the money. I will not be booking at this hotel again!!!

Excellent location, definitely worth booking a sea view room for beautiful views across to Ile de Batz.

A very pleasant stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Spa was lovely.
