Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable.

My room was absolutely lovely. Can’t comment on the food as they do not serve food on a Monday and Tuesday evening so I had to travel out which is a bit of a pain considering the location and only had breakfast one morning as have to be at work for 8 o’clock and it does not start till 730 Wi-Fi is good easy Parking.

Lovely overnight stay in a quiet picturesque location. Room was nice, very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff who enhanced our experience. Close to the city by Uber or train. Would definitely stay again

Very nice room and nice location. Worth noting they do not serve food on a Monday or Tuesday evening. It was suggested to go to the Blue Anchor Inn which I did, however it was one of the most unwelcoming pubs I’ve ever been to.

Everything was fabulous, the cleanliness, the staff the food and the clientele (including dogs🐾🐾) a lovely place to stay, very tranquil and relaxing with a welcoming atmosphere. We loved it😀👌

Great staff, lovely location, restaurant was great as was the bar. Would have been good for it to be open Monday and Tuesdays. Room was slightly dated. Lights flickered (dimmer) and quite a few areas of wear and tear, could just do with a refresh. Bed was amazingly comfy. Very minor point, would be nice to have a couple of biscuits in the room with the tea making facilities.

A lovely stay in a newly refurbished room,the food was fresh and tasty,excellent friendly service and the beer garden is beautiful.

Lovely clean room, good food and really friendly place. Took our dog Henry, he felt at home here. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was very poor. Rooms a little below par. No one in reception in the morning in case you want something from kitchen or even a receipt.

Didn’t check they don’t do food on a Tuesday night, no other dining options in the are, uber eats only, didn’t want to go out in dark wet evening to find somewhere on my own. Will check next time
