Very welcoming at reception. Room clean and modern. Accessible room with good sized shower. Could maybe do with anti slip mat in shower, otherwise really good

I was really impressed with this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly indeed. The hotel, which is clean and modern, is easily accessed from the motorway and San Sebastián is a short taxi ride away. I can wholly recommend stay here.

Convenient to the dual carriageway

Good option for San Sebastian's touring. The place is modern, well-kept, with handy free parking.

Absolutely wonderful, perfect in every way

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. The room was extra noisy unable to sleep the last night did say to reception but all what was said "sorry". Did not know it was on an industrial estate with lots of lorrys coming and going all night.

Lovely clean hotel very close to the motorway so a perfect place to stop on our drive down from England to Murcia. Nice restaurant and large spacious room with a balcony. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I have written this so often. Great place for convenience from motorways. Good rooms very comfy beds and great shower. Nice bar with good food all at very reasonable prices.

Basic business hotel, ok for one night, but as hotel locates next to industrial area it's not good for the weekend stay

Always a pleasant experience. Easy access from the motorway comfortable bed and good shower. Friendly staff and a varied menu. A sheltered outside heated drinking/eating area has been added which enhances facilities. Used by local Spanish people the bar is reasonably priced as is the restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and spacious room with big balcony. Stayed for four nights. Easy drive into San Sebastián and St Pedro. Would definitely stay here again. Cafeteria, bar and restaurant very nice

Stopped here on our drive from the eurotunnel to Spain. Very convenient only 5 minutes off the motorway with ample free parking. Hotel cafe was very busy with children running everywhere and dogs barking but it was clean and we found a quiet table so we didn’t mind. No restaurant (I guess due to COVID) so we walked up the road and found a pleasant steak & chips. No tea coffee in the room despite being advertised but think this was due to COVID again. Shower gels etc were free at reception, not in the room. TV was rubbish, not one English speaking channel so that needs to be improved. Bed was not the best, horrible duvet and a mattress with springs that boinged with every move. Please upgrade these! Paid £55 for a balcony room so overall good value and would stay again. Oh and right next door to a Chinese Bazaar shop so you can pop there for anything you’ve forgotten!!

We really appreciated our stop for one night, in our way to France, in this amazing hotel. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was plentiful, and delicious. We highly recommended this place.
