Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor in the main bathroom was dirty, cleaned it ourselves. No bar/snack bar open ,which we were not told about. Last year when we stayed it was open and you couldn't have your own food/drinks, so they need to sort out what the rules are. Pool is heated and good.sun lougers could do with replacing as they are very uncomfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for the price

Amazing location! Literally in front of Lidl. Walking distance to Los Gigantes beach and Natural pool! Staff are amazing! Would recommend!

Everything is great beside the smell of the garbage bin that was in the kitchen.

The property is dated and could do with a re vamp due to broken tiles, old baths and dated furniture. You get the room cleaned, new towels and bedding every 2 days

We always stay there twice a year Staff are lovely nothing is no trouble if you need help. Cleaner's come in every other daya d they are very pleasant

Very helpful staff, particularly the Reception manageress. Frequent cleaning of apartment. Warm swimming pools.

Apartment was amazing - had everything you could need for self-catering and a huge balcony with sunbeds and a table and chairs, views were incredible. Would definitely recommend!

Property is too old and not well maintained. We had to change hotels after seeing multiple dead and life roaches around.

The property is dated and could do with a refurb. It is not as clean as when we stayed a few years ago. The staff are great and very helpful. Was weary of the pool as we saw black around the bottom of the pool ,so we did not use it. Very quiet around the resort ok for us as we were just looking to recharge.

Nice Spacious comfortable well equipped apartment, showing its age but maturity well.

We use this appartment block normally twice a year and have done so for over ten years. The units are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with many restuarants and bars very close. Large supermarket within 100yards. The staff are very good and very helpfull.

Wonderful stay at El Marques Palace - clean, friendly, comfortable. Lovely pool area, quiet, and easy walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants. Plenty to do in the local area (would recommend Twizi Tours!)

We recently stayed 3 weeks at El Marques Palace in a 1 bedroom sea view unit. Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.
