Although Canoa Quebrada is a fun beautiful beach town, this hotel left me feeling like if I was in a motel. The front looks like a car dealership so you don’t even really see the hotel until you are all the way inside the lobby. Also if you’re a visiting tourist you should have a translator because the staff only speaks Portuguese. I understand we are in Brazil but not having a single English or Spanish speaker on sight seems a bit crazy. Also the pool area was filled with what seemed like 30 kids screaming and splashing all day, so my pool view suite was a nightmare. I will never go back to this hotel.

Very helpful staff. Wonderful, tranquil establishment. my only complaint was the shower. the water did not get very warm, and the system with the plastic showerhead was not effective.

The location is good because it is next to the main street with restaurants, etc. I did not like the personnel at breakfast, not dedicated to attend people. They hide so not to be asked anything. It is like you are disturbing them asking for a tapioca or eggs. The woman at the bar near the pool she is very friendly. Soap is tiny. Hangers are to be asked for to reception, why not put them in the closet? No rack to put the luggage.

Fantastic place to stay in Canoa. Great location, very clean, the room has plenty of space for a couple. Best pousada in canoa, by far!

We had a huge room (top floor pool view) with comfortable large bed, good AC, very hot shower, robes, soft towels, and nice toiletries. Breakfast is great and the staff is very kind. Right next to Broadway - only issue is 10 min walk from beach, but that's not a huge issue. The pool is shallow per the other reviewers but long enough that you can swim laps in the deeper part with no issues. Overall a great stay.

The rooms are huge and the pool is really great. The beds were huge but could be a little more comfortable. The largest beds available are listed as queen-sized, but our bed was clearly king-sized if not California king-sized. The upstairs rooms open up to a balcony which I really appreciated and they have a great sauna with an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool is spa like and is next to the sauna. I was a little disappointed that indoor pool was not heated (it is underground and would be so great and more spa like if it was heated). Overall the service is great, the breakfast is great and the location is close to Broadway and the beaches but far enough from Broadway that it is nice and quiet in and around the hotel.

A experiência foi maravilhosa do início ao fim, ficamos surpresos com a qualidade das instalações, desde o nosso quarto as dependências comuns do hotel. Minha filha amou a piscina (piscina sempre limpa). Café da manhã simples, mas com um pouco de tudo, não saímos de barriga vazia! Com toda certeza iremos voltar!

Estacionamento interno com dificuldade de acesso para carro maior. E estacionamento frente poucas vagas.

Hotel maravilhoso, muita conexão com a natureza, piscina limpa e grande. O quarto maravilhoso, silencioso, limpo, grande e com armário grande (closet). Café da manhã muito gostoso. O hotel fica próximo ao centrinho, basta atravessa a rua.

Excelente estadia. Sempre q vamos a Canoa, eh o nosso preferido. Localização perfeita, pertinho da Broadway, melhor piscina de Canoa, estacionamento amplo, funcionários educados e prestativos, destaque pra Nildo e Stephany. Café da manhã muito bom. Quartos sempre limpos, amplos, tudo funciona perfeitamente. Sempre recomendo a amigos e familiares também.

O hotel é muito bom, dessa vez que ficamos, foi disponibilizado um quarto muito bom em frente a piscina. O café da manhã é muito bom, sempre surpreende.

This is good value for money , the rooms are nice , the pool is nice the location in the middle of the city centre is good , brekfast is a bit "basic" . The only challeng and reason we may choose another hotel next time is the bad Wifi . we both needed to work and that was next to impossible ant this was even though the hotel was almost empty ( low season)

Uma experiência incrível! Local acessível, organizado, limpo, piscina perfeita e o quarto onde ficamos uma maravilha. As meninas da cozinha e atendentes super cordiais e com cara de lar. A recepcionista Stefany, muito gentil e solucionou rapidinho a internet do nosso quarto, que ficou ótima. Ah, café da manhã top demais!! Voltaremos mais vezes, se Deus quiser!

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, perto da rua que dar acesso a Broadway, é possível fazer tudo a pé, inclusive ir a praia, o quarto que ficamos é bem grande com muito espaço, tem garagem em frente no local,o café da manhã é muito bom com muitas opções. Porém em relação ao quarto que ficamos, nos colocaram nos últimos quartos do hotel, percebi que tinha quartos em frente a piscina, perguntei ao recepcionista sobre porque nosso quarto não era alí, ele respondeu que "todos estavam acupados", mas percebemos que não estavam todos ocupados. A área em frente a piscina é a melhor área do hotel, com uma boa vista e outros atrativos. Então coversando com outros hospedes, chegamos a conclusão de que, quem faz as reservas pelo aplicativo Hoteis.com e outros aplicativos, eles só disponibilizam esses quartos no final do hotel.

Nao gostei muito , quem for precisar gastar o 4g todo pq o wifi é horrível nao conseguia assistir nada… pra tomar banho precisa abrir as pernas pq o ralo fica no meio… e a privada a tampa quebrada… no freezer nao tinha nadaa pra comer sendo que eu podia comprar… mas eles nao oferecem nada… Ah e outra quando saia do quarto tirava o cartao apagava tudo!!! Ate o freezer ai a pessoa passa o dia fora e quando volta pra tomar umas esta tudo quente… agora de resto gostei piscina e cafe da manha , mas nao pagaria dnv…
