Overall, the stay went well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is right by Emporium and the BTS station so it's very convenient. The gym is decent and clean and the pool was inviting although I didn't use it. I think the only thing I hope would be better is the bed. I am not sure what brand it is but it is very lumpy.

We booked a King room. Upon arrival, the front desk agent said that there were no more King Deluxe rooms and that we would be getting 2 twin beds. She said that if we wanted a King bed, we would have to pay 2000 baht extra for the next level room. When we said that we booked a King room, she said the app should not have allowed it. This is not the guest's fault. If we book a King room, we expect a King room. If the only King room available is a grade above what we booked, they should give us a complimentary upgrade. I know this because I worked for big hotel companies for 8 years.

The room is big with comfortable beds. Hotel staffs are nice and helpfull. The location is just perfect. Near BTS and Emporium. Will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Short walking distance to bts, nice bed, big room

Not great not bad either. No water in the room on 3rd day, had to shower in a 'borrowed' room, first day checked in had to change room as it wasn't room I ordered.
