The room is superior and the service is great! The staff is super friendly and warm. The onsen in the room is excellent. We love the fireworks in front of our room. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

Everything is ok: lobby, outdoor garden, onsen, swimming pool, food, staff except strangely decorated rooms. It's quite old and doesn't look very clean. I want the hotel to renovate the room to be as good as the lobby as well.

Receptionist was polite and can speak English well lo. The food has really great variety to choose from. But I rate this maximum 4 stars due to the older and unkempt western rooms (got to give credit to the showering host, pressure was awesome!) this resort has a lot of tourists on tour packages, so can be quite rowdy. The plus side is that hotel offers free bus service from Sapporo everyday.
