Room looked a bit tired the one wall had no paint on it and the carpet was quite sticky. Breakfast was extremely busy but good quality seating. In the room, there was no tea or coffee making facilities.

It was perfect for the arena. Sole purpose of trip but all was provided to support the Hyrox event.

Great service

The hotel did the job. I was attending the Hyrox event at Strawberry Arena. The hotel is convenient and the room was adequate . The breakfast was probably the best part providing a good range of food in a good environment. Also scores well in being convenient to the Westfield Mall which has excellent range of outlets and a large supermarket. Downsides are a lack of staff availability, no phone in the room to contact anybody. Also no safe to protect valuables. The keycard was temperamental and had to return to reception on arrival as could not gain access to room. So overall functional hotel with easy access to stadium and shopping mall. However hotel lacks the personal touch but this may not be an issue for some people. I understand that the trend now is for automated services rather than the personal touch.

Perfect for those travellers attending the Strawberry Arena Amazing comfy beds gave us restful base for a couple of days sightseeing in Stockholm using the nearby commuter trains

The hotel was great. Even though one of the rooms was small, I was able to get switched to a slightly larger one that has a desk. I enjoyed how clean the rooms were and the hotel in general. It was very convenient between the mall and the strawberry arena

All in all from the moment of arrival the staff were awesome and helpful, the facilities of breakfast was amazing. Sadly I couldn’t use the spa as I needed a dressing gown which unfortunately the hotel did not have facility to provide. Also the room was windowless and this wasn’t stated on the info, it just said compact room. Despite no window, the hotel is well placed to explore Stockholm. So I’d stay at the hotel again but make sure I had a room with a window. Lastly, the room wasn’t cleaned as I have been accustomed to with other hotels offering a daily automatic clean. But, I didn’t book the hotel. It was a treat from family. I enjoyed my visit to Stockholm and as a solo traveller it was a lovely trip.

The property is exactly the way it appears on the photo.The staff are very amazing,kind and friendly.The hotel is in a very good location from where you can easily access any place in the city.The rooms are very spacious and clean with a window showing good sight seen.The Break is another area that actualy made me feel at home.quality food.I will love to vist again.

The room is very elegant with a large round glass window that has fantastic view of the skyline and the city! The staff were very courteous !

I always stay here and have had good experience. This time however I was given a room without any windows. It wasnt clear during the time of booking that the room has no windows. Only said compact.

The Rom was perfekt.it hade been nice if a minibar hade been in place . Information absurt the TV Was missing.

Next to mall. Next to train station. Next to stadium. Lots to do within walking distance.

Room was spacious. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Very close to the Mall of Scandinavia and the arena. It is a family hotel.
