Older hotel but clean. Mattresses are v soft which is just not our own personal preference. Lovely courtyard.

A lovely location & nice upgrade !!

Restaurant service was well below an acceptable standard. The staff wouldn’t allow

Our stay at the hotel was good overall. We had two issues. firstly it says there is parking on site, what it doesnt say (until after you have booked) is that there is a £15 per day charge for payking. Secondly our room was very noisy until gone 1am. We think there is roof access for staffabove the room we were in. We complained on the second night (as we gave them the benefit of the doubt on the first night). After we complained it was quieter.

Great hotel and area

An excellent stay in Henley. We could not fault anything

I really lovely small hotel. Attentive staff, lovely and quiet rooms, and a first rate bistro on the main floor. A one minute walk to the river in a three minute walk to Henley Bridge, it’s a wonderful location. Highly recommended. There are currently some renovations underway, but they should be completed by mid May.

A beautiful old building. Lovely room. Super staff, especially the young man who served us at our evening meal (wish I knew his name so he could get the compliment).

Hotel is undergoing some refurb which meant there was some noise from 8:45am which may be an issue for some. We asked for an hour extension to check out as my partner was feeling unwell and we had to pay £20, which I thought was excessive given we left at 12. Otherwise it’s a lovely quaint hotel with good food and wine.

We had a wonderful room with a huge shower and big bath too. The breakfast was lovely and our waiter Christian was so friendly and helpful and made our ateay even better

Lovely room, super meals and very convenient to walk to Thames or into town. Parking is not at all easy, especially with a larger car.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. There are renovations going on at the moment but this didn’t affect our stay.

I had a lovely stay, and the bed was very comfortable. However, my room was in need of a revamp. Bit tired in its decor.

Quiet room good nights sleep

A very friendly welcome and easy check in. No lift in the property, but help with our bags was immediately offered and cheerfully given! Our two story river view room was massive, with a beautiful bathroom. Comfortable bed and lots of nice amenities. Nice restaurant on site with good quality food and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended

Staff very friendly and helpful,breakfast great choice and was delicious 😋 only issue with me was the evening meal, it doesn't come with potatoes or chip's you have to pay extra,in that case, should it be called a main on the menu? Never the less that was also delicious.
