My family and I stayed at Thalacap Residence in August 2025. We had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and easy reach to 4 beaches. It was also close to the restaurants and shops with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and hotel has a small pool which was great for us all. The low point is the car parking which is free, but very sort after and cars wait for someone to leave. We were fortunate that we didn’t need to drive a lot being so close to the amenities, but if you do leave you could be waiting a long time to get a space. The hotel offers three spaces which costs 10 euros a day, but they may be booked up. Overall we had a great time and could cook in our little room with all a hob and microwave. It also had a fridge and good air con which a god send. I would recommend staying at this hotel as they had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Great location. Biggest downside was that in the studio apartment there was a pull out bed. This was not in the listing I read and it was terribly uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Poor communication now one their when we checked in. Had to drive 5 km to another hotel to get the key.

Nice and clean.

Very nice place for a short stay. Beach is a short walk, as is the central port with all sorts of shops and restaurants. View from the bluff a outside the hotel.

We are staying in this hotel every visit to Cap D'Agde.

The location is perfect. All the staff very helpful. On the negative side you are expected to clean the room before you leave and the instructions on what is expected do not translate well and appear rather brusque. The reality is the staff are really laid back and nice and you are only required not to leave washing up and to sweep the floor. The pool is small but adequate but our room was not big enough for 4 adults. We had to move things around to be able to unpack our cases as storage is very limited. We had to leave our cases in the boot of the car.

This hotel is a great spot for anyone spending some vacation at the Cap d'Agde. The facilities are excellent and the location quite convenient. The staff was also very friendly.

I was pleasently surprise of what I received for the per night fee I was charged. I traveled to euroope before and was traveling this year as well and it is by far, the cheapest, cleanest and largest space I received in europe. AAAAA+ for this place. I loved it! I loved the Cap D'Agde and will definitly come back in the future:)

The staff were excellent and the location is good and the facilities make your stay very comfortable.

Présence d’un groupe de 15 jeunes de 18 ans qui avaient décidés de faire la fête… Nous avons donc eu droit à un florilège de gros mots, éructations, terrasses emplies de bouteilles de verres et de fûts, et musique !! Formidable dans le cadre d’un séjour familial avec des enfants de 6 et 9 ans… J’ai appelé et on m’a répondu que la directrice était encore sur place : Elle a été voir le groupe de jeunes mais n’a absolument pas remis en place les mœurs des jeunes!!! Les jeunes ont donc pu continuer à passer leur soirée comme si de rien n’était… À souligner que les baies vitrées des studios sont en aluminium des années 90 : force est de constater qu’elles ne sont absolument pas adaptées à lutter contre ces nuisances sonores lorsque vos enfants dorment à 4m d’un groupe enivré et profitant de musique. J’ai remonté ces informations à la directrice le lendemain matin lui reprochant notamment ne pas avoir interdit aux jeunes la présence de leur enceinte. Je lui ai notamment reproché le manque d’obligation des locataires quant à l’usage de la musique dans leur règlement interne : En effet, rien ne fait état sur l’usage de la musique dans l’établissement!!! Incroyable pour un établissement orienté sur la réception des familles!! Bref, la structure est plutôt accueillante, bien placée et fonctionnelle mais aucunes règles imposées pour respecter le calme dans la résidence…

Fijne accommodatie voor een nachtje, al had meerdere dagen ook prima geweest. Ruim appartement, zwembad, strand op loopafstand. Ontbijt was voldoende.

Très bon accueil. Studio propre et fonctionnel très agréable avec une terrasse extérieure.

Repos et tranquillité.

Overraskende lækker hotellejlighed. Ser ud til at være ret nyrenoveret. Rent og velduftende, også på gangareal.

Très bon séjour… Quelques petits soucis à régler dans la piscine. Mais je recommande l’hébergement !

Résidence classée 4 étoiles, il va falloir m'expliquer ce classement vue le niveau des prestations ! Chambre minuscule, sans fenêtre, on a l'impression de dormir dans un placard ! Les photos du descriptif sont trompeuses, la baie vitrée est celle du salon. Petit déjeuner facturé 14 €, une honte, pas de salé, pas de jambon, ni oeufs, ni fromages. Prenez votre petit déj au bistrot en bord de mer, 9 € et très bon. Nous sommes rentrés hier après-midi et quelle surprise de voir notre badge désactivé ! Réception fermée, obligé de contacter l'hôtel Mercure pour ce désagrément, un grand merci au réceptionniste de Mercure qui a été très réactif pour réactiver notre badge. Accueil quasi inexistant, fermé dimanche et lundi matin à notre départ. Conclusion, pour un prochain séjour au Cap d'Adge, nous irons voir ailleurs.
