Loved the ambience, the food and the staff! Truly a wonderful experience in every way!

The website states that there is AC and a fan in the room and there was neither. It was blistering hot all night and me and my friend barely slept. The pool looked like a swamp too. Photos are misleading. The restaurant was overpriced but the food was good. When we arrived there was nobody at reception and we stood there for 20 minutes before I went looking for someone. The rooms are not well isolated either so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend. Well, to be fair, I would not recommend this place period. You can get a much better room for paying similar elsewhere.

The room was smaller than expected and the establishment is clearly older. The staff is very helpful and polite and the area is very quiet, among trees. The breakfast is good, we also had dinner there and the quality of the food was exceptional.

We had a great stay and we hope to be back. The facilities and property were beautiful, the staff was great, and Mistral was excellent!

Merveilleux domaine !

Unless you go for one of the suites, the rooms are very small and they do not have televisions. Good and bad but since this hotel is in the countryside, a television would be nice to help spend the night. All meals are outside and their patio area is spectacular. Tucked into rocks with the forest behind you and the smell of the wood stoves is awesome. Even in the heat of 32C, the area had a nice breeze and was enjoyable for dinner and drinks.

The property is very unique and in a very good location to the lake, wine, cheese, restaurants, small towns and bike trails. The staff was great, the on-site restaurant was great. We can't say enough good things about our stay and the property.

Beautiful property, comfy beds ,amazing food and kind staff. We only wish the restaurant was open for dinners as well as breakfast so we could have sampled more excellent food. Highly recommend

Très sympathique et proche du lac. Il y a des espaces privés à l’extérieur et un accès à différents sentiers. Nous étions dans « l’entre saison » donc il faisait un peu chaud mais l’extérieur n’était pas encore ouvert. Le restaurant était également fermé (un dimanche), mais apparement il est très bon. En été l’extérieur doit être superbe. La chambre était très agréable également.

It is a lovely property and very well maintained given its scope. Staff were very accommodating but we were there early in the season on Monday night and the restaurant was open only Thursday to Sunday. Breakfast was wonderful so we were sorry to miss dinner. There is takeout from the excellent, deli shop which we discovered too late after we’d driven the 30 minute round trip back into Knowlton.

Very friendly staff, beautiful setting and grounds! We had a lovely picnic by the pond followed by a drink by the fireplace inside the restaurant, so cozy! If i had to nitpick, the metalic bed frame was quite squeaky and the room shook everytime a door on the lower level was used. Otherwise we liked our room!

Vers nice and cosy restaurant and a beautiful park where one can admire nature

We had an amazing 4 day stay at Domaine Jolivent. It was a very charming boutique style stay. The food was incredible, the room perfect (and appears as online pics show) and the staff very warm and attentive. This was a ski trip stay with my son, but, will be back with my wife next time. Highly recommended. Two happy visitors from Ontario.

Staff great especially breakfast restaurant staff server/host. Room had most comforts, including 3 boxes of tissues, very convenient.

We were upgraded to a wonderful room. The dining room was beautiful and so inviting. Unfortunately, we had other plans for our evening, but the restaurant choices looked very promising. Friendly staff. Clean, roomy, a great location.
