It was an oasis within the bustling cultural centre of Cusco. Staff were fantastic and room was very comfortable. Location is close to all the sights. Highly recommend!

Love the place. Breakfast was very good. We have a room on the ground floor.it was heated comfortable and very private. It was completely separate from other rooms and walls were thick. So it was very quiet even though the hotel was a busy place. The hotel is close to Mercado San Pedro so the souring blocks are not so nice but is is very close to everything

Everything was amazing from the beginning till the end and the beds were extremely comfortable. Also, the rooms were very quiet and the breakfast was really good. Highly recommended.

The property is hidden from the Main Street but the ambience and service it provides is same as any top hotel chains. Rooms are quite spacious, clean, noise proof. Their breakfast has good collection and which includes ordering hot eggs and pancakes.

We would definitely stay here again if ever returning to Cusco. The first room we had we were able to open the windows at night which was nice to get some fresh air. But we could hear the kitchen staff early morning preparing for breakfast as well as loud club music late into the evening even with windows closed. It wasnt terrible, was still able to sleep, but a bit annoying. When we returned from our hike the second room we stayed was dead quiet. But no window and it did get quite stuffy. We left the door open for a while to help with that. Beds were mediocre comfort. But for location and cost we would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly amd helpful as well. Used the laundry service which was great. Ate the free breakfast one morning which was simple yet enough.

Good hotel in Cusco central. We stayed one night on the way to Macchu Picchu. Shuttle pick up for train about 1 km.

I had a good four-night stay here and recommend it for its safety, cleanliness, very efficient staff, who arranged my take-away breakfast twice, and convenient location close to major attractions, restaurants, and taxis at doorstep.

Basically in city center. If you have a room along the streets it’s super loud. The WiFi wasn’t working my first night and they couldn’t change rooms the first night, so it was a huge waste for me as I could not do my work. The hotel front desk rep even had to come to the room to check for himself which I felt was a major distrust and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, on check in day my friend and I were so thirsty and we grabbed water to purchase, we gave soles and got change back. When receiving the change back I felt like something was wrong and I questioned the lady and she said it’s change for the 50 soles I gave. Well she apparently gave us too much back. A few hours later the same guy says a mistake was done and more money was given. This was correct, however I questioned the initial lady who said nothing was wrong, so I went back and gave money back to the front desk. The whole situation felt icky to me. Also the free breakfast, the service was horrible. I had to order something 3 times before I received a basic omelette with cheese. The second day my friend wasn’t even acknowledged and she’s a paying customer of the hotel, had to take utensils from another table. The rooms are fine, just noisy if you have the street view. The hotel did move me into another room due the wifi not working, but I’m still upset I lost a whole night of work, so I will be filing a claim. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, I would not stay here again. Stay somewhere else.

I arrived in the evening and left in the morning at 3:30 going to Machu Picchu. The hotel has no elevator but the staff took my 24inch suitcase up and down. They baged breakfast bag when I left in the early morning. The room is relatively small with a queen bed, very comfortable mattress and quiet. It has a bathtub, very clean. Overall it's probably one of the mid-range hotels in Cusco.

I like that the room was very clean, and the staff was very nice, and helpful.
