The air conditioner is not very cool, the toilet system is old.

The best thing about the hotel is its accessibility with everything around. It is located a few walks away from the Ben Thanh market and about 10 minutes away from the Saigon Centre Mall if you want to go to the mall. Halal food is just a step away, and even though the market is just right below, it is quite quiet in our room, so we had a good night's sleep. The hotel also serves halal food buffet, so the breakfast was nice. Hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful.

The hotel is convenient for travel, next to Ben Thanh market. From here, it only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Independence Palace and the post office. In general, it is convenient. Each room has a dressing table. The hotel is not very big or beautiful, but for a one-day stay, I think it is ok.

The hotel was situated in the center of Malaysian Street hence it is a strategic place to shops n get halal food in this area. However, the room cleanliness need to be improved especially the bathroom as there's mold everywhere which creates unpleasant smell. Overall, it was an ok stay.

The female staff named Yung was too stiff, I booked for 2 nights but on the second night I couldn't request an extra bed so I had to book another room suddenly at the hotel next door, the breakfast was not varied.

The food is not varied, just fried rice and fried noodles.

for a strategic location, the staff is friendly and very nice. unfortunately the room is not soundproof, so the sound of suitcase wheels or people walking or the sound from the street is very disturbing

Muslim friendly hotel. Helpful so helpful. Great location easy to find halal food and mart. Walking distance to benh tanh market.

We stayed from 27 Sept until 30th Sept 2024. Just two of us together spending our time and full time with shopping, strolling and our room was perfect, clean, comfortable and the best was near to the shopping area. Definitely we will come again and choose Aluna Hotel.

Friendly staff, in front of the hotel there are many halal restaurants. Suggestions for restaurants during breakfast, if there is food that has run out, immediately add it, if breakfast is late some of the food has run out.

Nice and cheap to stay good area for muslim.

Nguyen is a very strategic location to stay. Very near with ben thanth market, and we can just walk for about 10 to 15 minutes to the notre dame cathedral, saigon post office, and Ho Chi Minh street bookstore.

Someone was noisy trying to open one of our bedroom doors in the middle of the night. But, in general the service of the hotel is very good.
