The room was exactly as pictured, the toilet was dirty, and it wasn't soundproof. More importantly, the toilet's ventilation opening wasn't covered; people in other apartments on higher floors could see inside. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and provided full support during check-in and check-out.

The staff helped us check in our luggage early, however, the room smelled bad, the furniture was too old, and the air conditioner was leaking.

The room lock was broken, which was quite annoying and inconvenient. The restroom had a bathtub inside.

I booked a room for 2 nights with a very careful note (gray and white room, with a love seat), but when I checked in, the room was this color (very disappointing). I just used Traveloka and found it good but (booked for the 2nd time on the app, both times were disappointing) the images are for illustration purposes only, not as requested by the customer.

One of the quite comfortable hotels in District 1 Ho Chi Minh. Surprisingly, the room is spacious and clean. There is also a mini fridge. In addition, the location is quite strategic because it is close to everywhere.
