The room was clean, as were the sheets and towels. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.

it was the perfect place for our overnighter. Located centralling and it just had everything we needed. Coffee wasn't too bad either. Really helpful staff.

My room was quaint,clean and you could smell and see the cleanliness as soon as you walked in. I stayed 3nights and I had no worries wasn't loud from neighbour's. Plenty of restaurants, great access to the main road and mall. If I book a hotel the next time Im in Cranbrook,. I'll be staying there. Thank you Motel 6

Room overall was okay. Floors could have used a better cleaning and the ac/heating unit needed the filters cleaned out. If you plan on bringing your pet(s) just be aware that there isnt any grass area to walk your pet(s) around. There is an awesome dog park not far away though. You do sometimes hear traffic from the road but didnt notice it to much when sleeping

good restaurants close by. i was pulling a trailer, manager helped me with parking.

Heater made squealing noise all night. I was offered a room on second floor but didn’t want to do stairs so lived with it.

Room 129 had a strong smell, we were given room 240 instead. The heat/air condition unit was very loud, the fridge was also quite loud and it seemed like the hot water tank was close by as this room was very noisy. The bed slanted towards the headboard and there was only two pillows on the bed. We have stayed at this hotel twice before and had a much better experience than this time.

Be mindful that, even though you have a do not disturb sign on your door, they will still come into your room.

Clean and very quiet. A little in need of some TLC but overall an inexpensive, comfortable place to stay.

There was no spa. The Pool is full of rocks. The ceiling in the hotel rooms is falling apart and moldy. The rooms otherwise were lovely.

Owner was a little pushy. He called around 5pm asking when we would be there to check in. We were on an urgent job in the area and I told him we wouldn't be checking in until late (after 10 or 11pm). He seemed very grumpy about that. I sent my wife to the motel a little earlier to check in and appease him, and he hassled her during check in because she didn't bring my ID. Then he hassled her because she was driving a big work truck and was concerned where she was going to park, even though the entire parking lot was full of trucks from trades. Anyways, I was a little annoyed at how involved the owner was, and just wanted a no-hassle place to have a good sleep. The place is an older establishment with some new paint, nothing special. Fairly clean. Beds are doubles (not queens).

The room was decent size for one person. It had the basic amenities which was really good. My room provided a fridge, microwave, Kureg and a TV. The building is pretty old and when someone’s walking in the hallway it was really loud and the whole floor vibrated. Not too bad given the price.
