Rooms are spacious and clean , there’s coffee machine and kettle . Many choices for tv station. Nice sauna and gym in the seventh floor. Very close to Tram (#18 to Train station) and Metro. Personnel were polite , night shift receptionist ( we left early) was a bit confused when we checked out , would have been nice to ask : how was your stay etc , but all forgiven , well done MAXX hotel we will stay again if we come to Vienna !

Amazing nice hotel very good locations comfortable room

The Hotel is a train ride from downtown Vienna and the area is quiet. The train stop is quite close and easy to navigate.

Clean room, great water pressure, good food

Stayed with my family of four for three nights in early April as we were visiting the Easter markets in Vienna. When we checked in, there were some renovations taking place in the lobby, but they were cleared up by the next morning and everything was very clean. We patronized the restaurant for dinner one night and found it to be of great value and the food was very good. The room temperature was perfect and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice surprise. Also, the tram stop was only about a five minute walk. I’d definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel at convenient location close to metro and tram station. Good facilities. Only downside is that rooms can get very hot with limited to no air conditioning.

Overall pretty strange. The check in was underwhelming. The lady was completely uninterested. No welcome and not even directions to the room. The lobby was being renovated which we didn’t know about. We found ourselves in a corridor with no lights. From here, there was zero interactions from staff over 5 days.

Everything was clean and modern with very lovely staff. Only complaint would be the sheets and pillows were not the comfiest. Despite booking a double, we actually had two twins pushed together with two single duvets which was mildly inconvenient. Would recommend the hotel though to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet place in Vienna with easy access to all the main attractions via the public transport or walking.

Everything was as described. Nice staff. 2 considerations: 1) glass in the shower points directly at the bed, which means if you get up early, the light from the bathroom shines very brightly on the person still in bed and 2) the room was unbearably hot in the winter and couldn’t find a way to cool it since windows don’t open

The front staff refused to give us extra towels or robes. The room was a bit outdated. The restaurant was okay.

A lovely hotel. Spacious and well appointed. Staff were exceptional.

Excellent room size with quality design and furniture. Calm and well located hotel near the metro station 15min away from the Opera quarter. Spa area is also comfortable and clean.

We used the metro which was easy to use, there are a ton of shops and restaurants

Nice and spacious room. It is very well connected to the city centre and the main train station. Avoid the bar though unless you are ready to wait more than 1/2 hour to even order. Friendly staff.

I wish it was a little closer to thecity centre.

The restaurant and bar were incredibly friendly, professional and smiley. They made us feel very welcome. The room was always cleaned nicely and the spa facilities felt relaxing and hygienic. We would certainly come back.
