Characterful, historic building, well renovated with historical touches. Staff professional and friendly enough. And food well presented by pleasant staff, although if you like wine with dinner, remember that much of Morocco is dry. Cannot comment on pool/spa; closed at time of stay. Note on parking; the property has no on-premise parking. Park in Plaza Parador if there’s space, then phone the property, who will send you a porter the 400m for your bags. Once in the property, the rooms are welcoming (I had a great night’s sleep) and the roof terrace gives one of the great views of the town and surrounds; take the rough with the smooth, and enjoy!

Nice pool to book, we were in a central location, everything is walkable. Food was really good at the hotel.

Very helpful staff that went out of their way for us in many ways. It was my birthday and the surprised me with a beautiful desert and a happy birthday song from the whole staff!! I loved everything about this hotel

Excellent service and clean!

This riad was absolutely amazing. It’s in the perfect location to walk the Medina and it’s incredibly quiet compared to other riads we stayed at during our trip. The porter was helpful meeting us and our driver to carry our bags. He even helped when we had some confusion when we were leaving. Overall great visit. I would highly recommends a stay here

Excellent service and clean room. Needs a little updating. There is no elevator….it was ok for us but a note to others.

It can be a tad noisy even inside the lovely Ryad. The staff were excellent, and we enjoyed the hamman. The breakfasts are generous and the dinner very tasty. My little complaint is that the bathroom was tiny and dim and there is no full length mirror. The room itself was large and comfortable. And we were even able to get CNN tv.
