We stayed in three different hotels while in Poland. Two and Warsaw and this one in Krakow. This one was by far our favorite. Should we come back to Krakow We will definitely be staying here.

This place is so good, very clean. Convenient. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We miss our bags from Lufthansa and they call to the company when our bags is gonna be at the hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and on the larger size. Close to square and other sites.

Its a really nice hotel and we really enjoyed the time there. The breakfast is good, everything is good walkable but the area around the hotel is a little bit shady, but still ok imho

Lovely hotel, very clean. Good sized bedrooms, comfy beds. Good choice for breakfast. Very good location. Close to the Jewish quarter. Walking distance to Wawel, main square, Schindler’s factory. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel to stay if you're visiting Krakow. The hotel is pretty central to everything with the Jewish corner only being round the corner and a 10/15 minute walk to old town. The room was lovely, big bed and bathroom with a bath and shower. Complimentary tea, coffee and water. Mini bar was extra charge. We opted for breakfast which was lovely. A good choice of cold and hot options. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Excellent hotel. 5 minutes from the Jewish quarter and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was very big and a lovely comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Great hotel to stay at. Breakfast selection fantastic and staff were all very friendly. Good location for local railway station and tram stop.

We had a superior room which was very large with serious amounts of storage. Staff couldn't do enough, very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was worth every penny, excellent variety. Cleanliness was excellent. Will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Excellent location,5 stars hotel

The hotel was great and in a great location. The breakfast was good with plenty options. We had a room at the front of the hotel and could hear every train but not the hotels fault. I would fully recommend and will use again if I return.
