Couldn't have wished for a more fantastic stay. Jean couldn't have done any more than she did. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. Beautiful bed and lovely soft towels. Breakfast everything you wanted. Delicious cooked breakfast. Nothing was any trouble.

Great place to stay if you are in Great Yarmouth. Really good service from Jean. Had a great time, really would recommend this place to stay. Excellent breakfast too.

Great Location, and the host (Jean) was exceptional. It's no surprise so many people go back time and again to stay there. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of options.

Firstly, have to give a special mention to our host Jean for her incredible hospitality. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, including Vegan ingredients for my partner's breakfast. The room we were allocated has a seaview and was very clean and comfy. The shower room was also very clean and well stocked with all the extras you might need. Breakfast was very good, and there was a great range, from a good old fry up, cereals, yogurts and pastries. The White House is just 10 minutes walk from a number of bars and restaurants. Across the road, you will find Waterways, which is a very pleasant series of Venetian themed lakes and provided a very pleasant area to take in some warm Autumn sea air. Overall, one of the best guest houses we've stayed on and one which we certainly intend to return in the future.

Very nice place.good size bedroom,with very big double bed.Handy for racecourse, walkable.Nice breakfast,good choice.Jean is very nice and informative.Handy for catching bus into town,stop across the road.Regular buses.

The owner of the B and B was very welcoming and made us as newly weds feel special. Nothing was too much and she went out of her way. Great breakfast cooked with lots of options hot and cold. She remembered every guests name and made us feel at home. We would definitely book again and would highly recommend.

The owner of this b and b works hard to make sure her guests are as comfortable as possible, you have all the facillites you require in the rooms, you have a massive varied choice of breakfast and we couldn't recommend highly enough, and wouldn't hesitate to go there again. 10/10.

Great stay at the White Lodge, lovely and quiet great nights sleep. The hosts are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast tasty and lots of it too!

2 night stay. Lovely host welcomed us and showed us around. Really clean and homely. Parking available on the road in front of the building. We chose traditional cooked breakfast option for the next morning by completing our preferences on arrival, at breakfast we then made the selection for the next morning. Plenty of self serve options too including hot drinks and juices. Definitely would return.

Lovley stay at the White lodge. Felt very welcome. Far enough away parking on the road is easy, but an easy walk along the sea front into GY. We were sad to leave the giant bed to come home 😊

The whole experience of White Lodge was superb The rooms were very clean and tidy and the breakfast was plentiful with a great choices I will definitely stay again.Well done Jean

We had an amazing stay at the White Lodge. Jean has been the most amazing host, making sure that you were well looked after and made us feel home. I made some silly mistake with my room key and Jean was so kind and supportive. I would definitely recommend this lovely home and certainly stay again if in the area. Thank you for the amazing weekend

Brilliant got everything you need ⭐️

One of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed at. Owner Jean is going out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable - she is the perfect host. Great breakfast cooked to order, lovely location in the nicer part of town with easy access to the public gardens / beach if weather plays its part, ample parking, spotlessly clean rooms (there were 7 of us). We loved it so much, already booked again.

Close to the gardens and pleasure beach. Friendly host and great breakfast.
