It was a wonderful family time at Ramada Neemrana, front office staff was very polite, F & B was good, food preparation was excellent, when you need chef personally took care of request. Rooms were well maintained and staff promptly responded to our requests including maintenance staff. Few things I could notice which I need to draw attention which can make stay more memorable. 1. from gate till room noone asked us to carry our luggage or even while chk out 2. Swimming pool experience was not good at all, music was very loud and chapri kind like tera sarafa, old himesh rashmia n tunak tunak tana na. There was a big group of boys they were enjoying but as facility is used by all guest it should be as per everyone. Family were very uncomfortable. Vibe is so wild rather a peaceful swimming, few went back... They could have said no for music plus they were smoking around pool where families, kids n ladies were swimming too. 3. juice container at buffet counter were not empty till night which was smelling bad n nxt day I have to take juice from that no way. Small things big difference. Thank you hope you will look into these matters.

I had a very pleasant stay. Luxurious, clean, friendly and very peaceful. Very happy with the services. The pool was always clean and water was temperature controlled, the play area for kids was very engaging, room was spotless clean and comfortable. The best part was theory wide variety breakfast. I am greatly thankful to the services of : Ankita, Kamran, Nishant, Nandkishore ji .. The chef, moolchamd ji the singer, munmi, Pragati and Bhagwat. Tha k you sooo much. Also housekeeping staff rekha ji and vijendra were really good.

Not a 4-star hotel. Seemed like it's a very old property and not maintained to be called a Ramada. There was no guard or valet to direct us to the parking. At the time of check-in, we kept waiting for around 20 minutes and no one opened the gate to let our vehicle in. Rooms were also okay like any other 3-star hotel, not great. However, service was good and staff is cooperative. The property in general was not awesome and had various issues - beds were the most pathetic part of the stay, washrooms were too compact, poor lighting in the rooms, pool not maintained, no sanitary in the rooms, kettle and refrigerator in the worst condition possible. We had booked breakfast and dinner buffets as well - breakfast options were less and not very delicious. Dinner buffet did not have a lot of options either but taste was good. [Edit] Neemrana Fort is ~10 km from this hotel and totally unworthy place to visit. They either charge you ~36k per night per room or if you want to stay elsewhere and have public access to just the fort, you have to purchase lunch buffet worth ~3k pp or you are not allowed inside. Overall, 3/5 for this stay at Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana.

It's a good place to stay in this location. Rooms were decent. Service was good. Food was very good including buffet breakfast. Pool party 4-8 pm was enjoyable for kids. -AC ineffective in play areas but otherwise maintained well.

Breakfast Review Poha → OK OK. Idli → Seems to be burnt & stale. Sambhar & chutney also stale. Dhokla → Tasteless; in fact it is made of same batter as idli. Donuts & Cakes → Very hard & dry; lack of softness & freshness. Sandwich → Tasteless. Paratha → Taste was good. Dosa → Stuffing was not up to the mark. Parking & Arrival Experience There was no security guard or staff member available to guide us on where or how to park the vehicle. We had to manage everything ourselves and there was no one present to provide any directions or assistance regarding parking. I was also standing outside, but no one even asked me to come inside and wait while we were handling the luggage. Two staff members were already standing there watching us unload our bags, yet no one came forward to assist us.
