View was stunning! Room was clean and staff was super nice

There’s not transfer from hotel to airport like it’s advertising, the floor not clean,not a 3 stars hotel , disappointing sorry

The only issue that I have my reservation supposed to be going to have a balcony. And the room it doesn't look like anything like the picture. They look similar but the room we got have a very orange colors disturb it for me the one on the picture they're white and the bedding it was why with light green. Overall good location, beautiful views and beautiful pool.

Great central location, walking distance to everything, very nice pool area on the beach, clean, huge rooftop pation with 360° views of the entire town of Barra and Isla Navidad, very reasonable rates, and good service

Great location, right on the beach. We had a nice view from our balcony. Everything was right at our feet when we walked out the door...Beach, restaurants, bars.

Centrally located, nice pool but across the road. Older Mexican hotel, clean but staff not particularly helpful. WIFI poor to nonexistent.

Nice place to vacations

El segundo año que caidamos ayi. Todos los trabajadores muy amables. Yesi de olimpiesa mantenga los cuartos muy limpios y siempre es muy amable. La alberca siempre olimpio y sus alredadores. Para nosotros es el hotel perfecto.

Loved this property, great ocean view room. Excellent staff and plenty of locations to eat and shop close by.

Front desk clerk (male) could not speak English, but could understand it. Not a friendly guy. Would not give refund when we checked out 3 days early. When we explained this to another lady who translated for us, he abruptly talked to her without us getting a word in, so he understood perfectly we wanted a refund, but still would not give a refund! He understands perfect English, but acts like he doesn’t understand.
