Great Location, and large rooms. Although there have been some updates and renovations this property isn't luxury but its satisfactory... But One does not come to IBIZA to stay in their room. ;-)

It should be noted that if you book a studio, while its says rooms come with a balcony, it is an internal balcony / garden room i.e. essentially a room with windows. This was not clear on the website and the hotel were kind enough to offer me an alternative room. The staff were incredibly helpful, but i travelled in october at the end of the season, any earlier they would have been unlikely able to accommodate my request.

The bed is not very comfortable but in general it is good for the price.

Place had cockroaches. Asked for a refund as we did not stay due to the infestation. The place smells like mold and needs major cleaning

The air condition , neither in the room or the salon , it’s In the corridor of the apartment. No freezer, no blow dry , no iron , but everything was good rather than that

Best place. Reasonable price and good location. Apartments are nice and clean. Beach is just behind. All the popular nightlife places are walkable

I was worried reading the reviews but the place did the job nicely. Good pool area, apartment was really clean and fresh towels each day. The internet was terrible and the music was loud during the day which is only a problem if you went to bed each day at 10am like me

Hotel was a bit run down (room service only every 2 days), but the staff were very nice and helpful, and great location near all the main clubs in Ibiza!

They didnt have a room ready for me so there was an issue in checking in. I dont know if it was the people or the staff but 5 people were served before me which was so rude! Waiting there after 24hrs of travel for the staff to serve others. They were incredibly slow and unorganised. Then the room.... its an apartment with 4 chairs, 3 couches and max people staying of 2. They wouldnt let anyone come to my room - literally kicked them out so what was thw point of getting an apartment. Too cheap to have air con remotes in the room so they had it on 17c and i got so sick which ruined the rest of the holiday. Every time i wanted to change it i had to go down and get someone to come INTO my room. Absolutely rubbish! The place itself was ok but as a self contained unit, there wasnt even a cloth to do the dishes, barely any cutlery, you couldnt cook anything so was a total waste of money. Good location. Crap pool and outdoor, crap/no bar.

I small wall unit air conditioner that worked periodically. Was hot as hell, couldn’t fall asleep. The unit wasn’t very clean as well. Will not be back.

The place is overpriced, the only good thing about it was the location, everything else you can find in a two stars hotel. The room was overused, I even found termites in the bathroom

Refused to give us more towels and did not give us any hand soap we had to buy our own and the cleaning staff’s materials were left in our bathroom.

Air Conditioner is nasty. I got ferociously sick after 1 night.

It is definitely a one star hotel so be prepared for that, but it was better than I thought it was going to be. You get what you pay for which is a one star hotel, but the receptionists are nice and the rooms are old but big! The biggest con is that the air condition only stays on for 3 hours & then you have to push a button.

Great location, Loli at the front desk is the best, great room, cleanness amenities etc. Highly recommended.
