When I didn't know how to turn on the room lights, the hotel staff helped me with the procedure in a friendly manner.

The AC wasn't cold at all, and I couldn't move rooms.

Booked for 5 nights. Room was clean and had all basic amenities like toiletries, fridge, free water and coffee/tea. Housekeeping came everyday. Water heater and aircon all working well. Wifi was fast. Location quiet but accessible to mrt, restaurants, 7-11, and night market. Staff were friendly. TV could use more English channels, but overall had a great stay for the price paid.

The staff speaks enough English and are friendly. The superior double room is big and spacey, housekeeping cleans the room every day.

the bed really uncomfortable cos me backache.. need to improved. the curtain without black out the toilet cleaning good but stink smell from drain or tank bed sheet is clean.. Service is super great.. manner and helpful
