The location is good, near Anguk Station and Insadong.

Bad customer service. don't have public toilet for check in early guests, don't have adapter for rent (have to buy), don't have reception 24/7, receptions have bad reaction to guests!!

Reasonable price hotel and about 5-10 mins walk from Ankuk Station. Near palace and Insadong area. However during my stay not so happy 1. I booked double room and got the twin room when asked to change I got to stay in the first floor where the room is very small, quite old, and loud a bit from people come in and out (opened the cabinet was a snack trash inside not well clean) 2. The second day I changed the room, however no hot shower in this room. 3. Checked in time at 3:00 pm and check out time at 11:00 am very late checked in for me I have to wait so long and after wait got and unexpected room. 4. Staff are nice and helpful, but the hotel has to manage well to make sure that customers got what they booked.

Comfortable. Good location but a bit difficult to find the hotel. Easy access to subway and taxi. Near to cheongbukgyung palace and unhyeong palace

Best place. Recommendation for your travel. I will come again
