Friendly staff & there was parking behind the hotel

Clean safe and close to everything. Staff very helpful.

did not need to park. very comfortable bed everything we needed and the staff were excellent and very helpful, good access to all areas including the cliff tram as we have bad knees ? we will be staying again in the near future. all good.

Lovely hotel,staff friendly and helpful easy to contact them,room was comfortable and clean had everything we needed,close to all amenities and town centre.

Enjoyed a great 3 night stay. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Excellent location in the town for train station, bus stops, high street shopping and not too far from both beaches and the Castle. My room was spacious, clean and quiet with all the facilities you would expect at this price point.

Just came up for a couple of days for a conference it was adequate as it was central shame that they didn’t do breakfast but otherwise okay a little bit tied round the edges but good value for money

Lovely, cosy hotel in a central area with easy access to train and bus station. Johnathan was friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home for my short stay. Would stay here again.

Stayed at this property for a visit to Scarborough for the night. Cannot mention one bad thing about the hotel. We stayed in the four bedded family room. Brilliant facilities did not have en-suite but we knew this and there were plenty of toilet and shower options throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. Free parking which was also a bonus. Very close by to all facilities of Scarborough. Small fridge in room which was a nice extra to keep drinks cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful friendly staff nothing too much trouble Room had everything we needed Bit of traffic and seagull noise but that cannot be helped Good value for money I found it a bit of a walk to seafront and open air theatre but manageable A visit to this hotel worthwhile.
