Reception lady was lovely and couldn't be more helpful..room was lovely and big and clean but mattress was horrific!! Springs were making pinging noises and every time we turned over a new one stuck in your side. The air conditioner through out black dust all over the white sheets and pillows..such a shame because the room and people were lovely

Absolutely disgusting no ac working cracked floor boards dirt marks all over bed sheets and curtains table has mould on i have taken pictures and videos sent to expedia and the hotel directly no response at all stay away i stayed in may 30th 2026 it was 28 degrees that night they had no ac working and gave me the worst experience ever

Nice location, near tube station but just off the main road with a quiet ambience, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was great, perfect amenities for a very self-sufficient traveller on a one-night stopover. I'm happy to recommend Arch Hotel.

Very friendly & helpful staff

Max was helpful on check-in as he was able to resolve an issue with the remote for the TV. Bathroom looking newly refurbished with lovely hot shower. Carpets, decoration and furnishings generally need a deep clean and / or refurbishment but for the money in London, the room was tidy with good Internet TV speed.

There ants in our room. When we told reception they said that “it’s okay” and they had put gel in the walls to attract them and that they didn’t want to disturb us. The ants were all over the bed.

Charming from the outside, it’s reasonably clean on the inside. One thing stops me from ever staying again is the noise from the room above. The furniture is unstylish and dated, so though plenty of character on the external, the internal is astonishingly mismatched and old. The bed was ok, the kitchen ok, too. The nicest bit was the tiled, heated bathroom floor, which was a surprise considering the floor in the rest of the room comprised of chipped, stick-on laminate flooring. But it’s the noise from above that is a deal-breaker. They need to carpet or install sound-proofing.

Sorry but this place is Filthy. Sticky floors and dirty everywhere. Flooring was likely the worst of any hotel I’ve ever stayed. Had a kitchenette and everything was dirty. Everything in the room was worn out. Bare wires hanging down in bathroom, furniture that was also worn out. To add and not inconsequential, the staff were on the phone shouting at 6am meaning everyone was woken up.

Great Hotel, plenty of parking for £20 a night 5min walk to archway tube stop with northern line direct to Leicester Square. Clean, great facilities microwave, fridge, water dispenser

Bed very uncomfortable big dip in mattress. Drug sign on the front door abit disturbing

Did not feel welcomed during the stay at all. Staffs were very indifferent and not approachable. Will not come back for sure.

Fantastic hotel for our family. We only stayed 2 nights and our towels were refreshed on day 2. Exactly what we needed, at a great price. Thank you.

The AC was broken, the room was boiling. Further to this, the room was covered with Ants!

They do not do breakfast which is the only issue but there are several options within 200 yards so no problem. very clean, modern, spacious rooms, helpful staff and easy parking (£20)

Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell that came from the fridge and it was in the room overall
