Staff An older, white woman from the hotel discriminated against me. She was stubborn and not at all helpful, simply because I am disabled. She tried to cheat me by claiming I had to pay extra for breakfast! I am not very happy. I had already paid the full price, including breakfast, but she tried to deny me breakfast. Without any proof, she deleted the data from the computer system and tried to deceive me by claiming I had to pay extra for breakfast! However, I refused to pay extra for breakfast at the hotel; I always eat breakfast while shopping. I feel cheated and victim! I looked at the photos, which did not match the documents, and asked her to show me my price list. However, she refused to show me the prices in the documents and covered them up. She also refused to give me my printed documents, so I took a photo with the prices obscured! The breakfast buffet cost 19 euros per day – I lost my money for two weeks' worth of breakfast!

- housekeeping wasn’t everyday and towels aren’t changed everyday which makes it hard to travel with small kids. - housekeeping was bad, biscuit and crisp crumbs on the floor in the bedroom were never removed the whole stay and toilet smelled off piss the whole stay. - outdated room and hotel overall, badly need renovation - washing machine and dryer was handy especially for long stays - barman was lovely

Stay away if you can, bed sheets had stains and headboard of bed had blood stains. Shower was full of small flys. We were only staying here for one night so didn’t make much difference but I definitely wouldn’t be back.

Fantastic value for money - The perfect location (not busy) and right by the beach. Please note you have to walk the beach via rocks or steep steps - so not suitable for kids or the elderly. Brilliant staff who really looked after us and gave my boyfriend a bottle for his birthday.

I stayed here again for a week visiting the island as Arguinigan is such a lovely place and Green Beach has a great seafront location between the lovely Arguineguin and smaller cozy Patalavaca

Reception is on the 8th floor, with the rest of the rooms being underneath since the property is on a steep hill, which was a little odd. Check in and check out were both very smooth. It was a little hard to find parking (we ended up parking a ten minute walk away, but it was free). We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very nicely stocked with cookware. Definitely a hotel for the older crowd!

Stayed here for a week room only. I had a great apartment on the 5th floor with a magnificent sea view and fantastic sunsets. Great value and perfect location for walking into eithe Arguineguin or Patalavaca

Amazing small studios, clean, comfortable, and in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very quiet and family-friendly, yet only a 7-minute drive to Puerto Rico, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants. The complex is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool area and a rooftop jacuzzi that’s definitely a highlight and a must-try. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there is a large car park right next to it that guests can use, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The only small improvement would be to provide conditioner and body lotion in addition to the shampoo and body wash. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely come back!

Stayed just 1 night while en route to our holiday elsewhere. The apartment was lovely with everything you could need. The air con was only in the bedroom and we could have done with a fan or something in the lounge/ diner. We stayed half board and the food was really good especially for the price we paid. The only downside to the restaurant was no aircon and it was stifling in the evening. The pool and sun terraces were lovely with plenty of beds and parasols. Would definitely consider staying again.

Like the balcony and proximity to the sea. Self catering really suited us. A really nice hotel lots of Spanish families. Not too busy. Highly recommend.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Good options for both breakfast and dinner. Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was really good. We stayed here 25 years ago and the rooms have not altered. However, they are clean and staff are are friendly and helpful.

Run down old hotel . Do not bother . Lovely views from the sea facing room though, and staff is friendly.

No air conditioning . Had a huge, noisy electric fan in the bedroom instead. We all had to wear a plastic bracelet to show we are guests - security I think. Clean enough tho and good location for 1 night stay.

very outdated rooms with no AC

We only stayed at the resort for one day on our way to other accommodation. We found the staff on the reception very friendly and had a quick check in which was appreciated after a late flight. Room was nice and clean if a bit dated. I went up to the bar but it seemed closed at 11.15. Nice view from the balcony.

Hotel is excellent value for money. Breakfast had plenty of choice. A small issue with pulling the kettle socket out of wall as kettle would not switch off. Staff are efficient as well as being helpful and friendly.
