Friendly staff, quiet and very pleasant accommodation and facilities

Wow. Beautiful. I could not fault this place. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Great holiday location

Its a great place to stay. Our villa was superbly decorated. However, the bedroom layout is detached and if you have young children it is not the best layout. We asked for a rollaway bed to be put in the master bedroom which entailed a $50 per night additional charge. When i booked it through Expedia i had provided the number of guests. We were told that Expedia did not inform us of the Nirmaya policy and had we booked directly with them we would have been advised. I have always booked through third parties and never had this experience. I have also been in Australia for 6 weeks travelling and none of the other hotels seem to have had this approach. Also, if you do not have a car or wanting room service the menu and restaurant offering is a bit limited. Overall the villas and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff is efficient and responsive. The atmosphere of the villas provides a peaceful set up away from the busy town atmosphere.

If you want a place to relax and unwind, we could not recommend these villas any more highly. The staff could not of been any more helpful, and the property was incredibly clean

This was my second stay at Niramaya Resort and I will be returning. Niramaya Resort is near perfect in my opinion. The accommodations, the restaurant and the staff are all exceptional. The only negative was the air-conditioning in the villa we stayed in. In all 3 bedrooms it was too noisy to sleep with it on.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful grounds and villa was much bigger than expected. A really great place to stay if you're looking to relax and recharge.

Pool heater could stay on longer at night. Reception could answer the phones a little more. Grounds are always fantastic

The Niramaya property my partner & I spent a week away from the city bustle to relax in was beautiful! We were prepared to pay more for an Island-style getaway, and that’s exactly what we found there. The staff were welcoming and accomodating, the onsite restaurant and pool were never crowded and always delivered. We asked for a bit less noisy garden maintenance around us and the manager accommodated our request. We missed only one thing, the use of bicycles to traverse the area, including the beach and town. The third party hire scooters were expensive.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, providing all required information. The villas themselves were very well appointed - they were large, with private pool and spa in our villa. Our stay there was very relaxing.

Wonderful stay, staff were great. Villa was very private, spacious. Pool was great and private. Restaurant was amazing - undersold tbh, chefs there need a pay rise as food was 10/10 Only thing was mattresses and pillows were not as comfortable or plush as other places we've stayed at. Other than that 10/10

Divine property where the world just slows down and you can recharge the batteries. All staff were super helpful and the facilities were fabulous. Would definitely stay again

This is a superb property. The pools could be cleaner and the restartant menus could be broader. The restautant staff are superb. One female bar staff member attending the pool one day was snotty and detracted from an otherwise flawless stay. This is a 4.8-4.9 star experience
