The property is in a great location, but the hotel is extremely dated. The food is appalling and the facilities are very poor. Staff are pleasant, other holiday makers ie the British are very rude and obnoxious. Stay away, unless you are over 90!

Lovely stay at this complex, didnt like the fact u have to pay for wifi, no kettle in the room and you need to pay deposits for 2 x remotes and payment for the safe. Everything else okay, food, drinks and lovely staff.

Good location for beach & shopping & rooms are nice & large/clean, the drinks options could be better & bar staff could do with a bit of training in customer service

This was our 2nd time at this hotel and from entering reception where a warm welcome was received to the excellent food, in choice, presentation and quality, to the clean fairly spacious rooms.... plus the lovely pool area.... everything suited our needs well The hotel was just trimming up for Christmas as we left and looked very festive. The only thing that we didnt use much was the evening entertainment which didn't seem up to much.... but there's plenty of other things to do in the area so didn't pose a problem. We will certainly be back.

This is a very friendly hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. Great food with an excellent menu. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return. Twice a week towel change is inadequate. The hard dining room chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

Perfect for what were needed, great staff and location

Every thing was as you would hope for. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a safe, TV with the 4 main UK stations, air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and a small kitchen area if needed. The pool area was well maintained and umbrellas are available for 2 euros for the day. The TV and air-conditioning remote controls have a refundable deposit of 15 and 20 euros. The safe is 2 euros per day and 6 euros refundable deposit. The hotel is all-inclusive for drinks and food. The food was good but was mass produced but plenty of it. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the sea front. There are reasturants and bars everywhere.

No free WiFi, found the daily charge very expensive

Great hotel with great staff, food was very nice. Rooms were very spacious and clean, would definitely recommend.

All right but I think need more for children animations,

It's location was excellent. However, on a couple of ocassions we found cockroaches in the room. It's to be expected as, the island is crawling with them. We got rid of them carefully mindful of the fact that if you crush them, male and female roaches lay eggs. Enjoyed the holiday, regardless of this. The hotel was great
