Friendly staff, good experience.

The stay was pleasant and decent. Food options could have been more variety to accommodate different types of people. Maybe more choices of chicken and seafood. The dustbin provided in the room could have been bigger than the small bin placed. Overall the facilities were good and the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Location of the hotel, exactly in front of the beach was something to highlight too

Stayed there for 2 nights and it was great. I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the lovely staff. The facilities were great, the beach club as well as the lovely afternoon tea.

Luxurious hotel, clean rooms and very spacious swimming pool. The staff are lovely and enthusiastic, especially the receptionists Thuy Anh, Quyen, Long. It is worth the experience, I will come back next time

The room is too small, the doors are opposite each other, the hallway is narrow, not soundproof, can hear the sound of water from the room above, can also be heard outside, very noisy.

I went with my baby on the day of Da Nang's rain and cold, check in the hotel at 19:00, - 20:00 in the shower, wait a long time for warm water to come out but the hotel set the water level is not warm enough to bathe the baby . I have to boil foreign water into the sink and scoop with a cup to keep the water warm enough for my baby. -Toilet in a separate room has no nozzle because it is not equipped with a floor drain. - The next day the cleaning staff did not add a toothbrush, we had to use the old toothbrush. - Breakfast is not rich, will not stay any more.
