Check in staff could have been nicer and not gave an attitude when we asked what direction the room was

everything went perfectly.

Liked - good size rooms & bathrooms, and a good shower. Breakfast was good, range of hot and cold foods. Lots of parking places. Some good restaurants nearby. Didn't like - cold water tap in bathroom never ran cold. Breakfast: ran out of plates & cutlery, but were quick to fix the problem. Staff at reception weren't always that friendly.

I appreciated the efficiency of check in and how well run the hotel proved to be. Thank you for a great stay.

Beds were very comfortable, shower pressure was strong, breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and informative

Everything was great ! Staff was friendly, room was very clean and the location was near good food choices.

The accessible pool chair wasn’t working and we had specifically chosen this hotel because it had an accessible pool chair. Really like the roll in shower in our room.

The room was comfortable and the bed and bathroom were nice as well.

A bit smaller than our usual Hyatt room but it was okay. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was good but done at precisely 9 so our granddaughter missed it be 5 minutes.
