I like the place was comfortable

Good Breakfast, AC not working in our room. We were happily accommodated to another room where it was freezing cold perfect for hot weather outside.

This time I found three cockroaches in the bathroom and I'm sure there was more during the night, the staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is getting old and there's no renovation in their flaws.

Bathrooms needs hands towels and a better shower curtains

Room is clean the only down fall is that the AC wasn't cooling the room they had a fan in there so not sure if they knew or not but besides that is a nice place for one noght stay

Room was clean but one of the bedsheets was stained. On the info the hotel offers transportation but when I called I was told it wasn’t available to check later and then I called again a few days before my reservation and was told the van broke down again. Phone in the room wouldn’t connect to the front desk and tv wouldn’t connect to streaming apps I had to call through my phone to be able to get ahold of someone in the front desk for them to tell me the tv is not compatible with streaming apps even though the tv remote had easy access buttons to those apps. Ac in the room the lid that covered the temperature lights was broken so I had a bright green light shinning all day and night.

This time the room was very dirty. The chair, blinds, walls, and the bathroom had so much hair that we had to move rooms, but it's okay if I clean it and collect the dirt. Translate a conversation Feedba

The service is very limited. We were 4 in our group. Two adults and two kids. There were only two towels, we try service. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask them. The breakfast was gone by 9am. The place location worked well for us Thanks

It was near shopping centers and restaurants. Things I didn’t like was that the a/c did not work in our room and front desk workers were not very welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was nice and clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Great location, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
